The room service was excellent, they made sure the room was clean and changed towels frequently. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was also very delicious. I had a great time staying at the resort.

In november 2022, we stayed at the altabriza, and the hotel played 10 christmas songs on a loop all day, which became quite annoying. We were pleased with this hotel, although there were some maintenance issues due to covid. The location is excellent, its only ten minutes walk to the beach and d-Mall. Excellent service, try the hamburger from the lunch menu it is delicious! The included breakfast is adequate, but it gets old after he has been there for t i. All employees provided excellent and friendly service. Lower pool was excellent while the rooftop pool looked awful.

The amenities were excellent. Instead of a kingsize bed, i was given two beds. We combine the beds instead. The staff was courteous and helpful. Although ive adored their infinity pool, it needs to face the sunset to make it perfect. All in all, his hotel receives 4.5 stars.

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are fine and clean, but the bar menus and drinks arent very good. For the price is too expensive. We ordered cheese sticks for 420 and literally 4 pieces. The cocktails taste like juice.

This hotel is truly remarkable because the staff members are exceptionally helpful! Despite some issues, they were extremely attentive throughout my stay. I would definitely consider returning. However, certain areas of the hotel could benefit from a refreshment, such as the infinity pool area. Nonetheless, the location is excellent, being conveniently close to the d mall. Thank you for ensuring i had an enjoyable stay and appreciate the exceptional service provided by the employees.

I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends. Excellent hotel! Best value for the money. Although not overly extravagant, the amenities are still pleasant, and the staff and service are excellent. Youd get more than your moneys worth.

Excellent service. The personnel are incredibly helpful. Large and tidy rooms. Nice pools as well. On the roof deck, there is an infinity pool. Strongly advised. Its also a good location. Main beach and the d mall are both within walking distance.

I will definitely return here. First of all, the hotel appears simple from the outside but offers excellent quality with balanced interior designs. The rooms are spacious enough and have a lively atmosphere. A plus is the location! And i really love the service the staff provides. Its definitely advisable to give it o try.

The room was immaculate, and the staff members were all very friendly. We had a great time here because of the excellent pool. If you intend to visit voracay with your family, this resort will undoubtedly be the best option for you.

This place offers excellent value for the money. The room was tidy. I requested an additional bath towel, but i was informed that it would be charged. There are two swimming pools, and the rooftop view is pleasant, although the wind is a little too strong. Breakfast is fairly basic, the fruit juice tastes bad, it is just sugar water, while the bread is decent.

Overall, i would recommend staying here. A really pleasant place to stay, very relaxing and the staff were very polite and helpful. The location is decent, several restaurants are within walking distance. Just be careful when exploring the hotels interior because it can get confusing.

The location is good, just cross the street and pass through d-mall to reach the beach. The price is not expensive, and there is ice in the lobby. Service staff are very polite. Clean and beautiful room. Disadvantages 1. The water pressure from the shower nozzle is very small, so when taking a shower, the water pokes through the body like i do, which is quite uncomfortable. 2. The quality of toiletries is poor, similar to the quality at more than 100 domestic fast hotels,

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting borea. Thank you to mam rhea and shanen, the guest officers, for going above and beyond to provide us with assistance during our stay. The hotel is excellent in every way my kids enjoy swimming in your pools, especially the lovely view from the infinity pool.

The hotel has a main building and an annex building. In general, it is good. It is very close to dmall and white beach, which is convenient for eating and playing. The en suite building has basically tastier balconies for drying clothes, and it also is quite close by to the swimming pool and breakfast restaurant.

The rooftop infinity pool is nice and wellmaintained. And then, the position is strategic, as it is on the main market road. After that, you can see the sunrise and sunset from the hotel itself. Subsequently, i can also see both east and west beaches.

This is the best family hotel we have ever stayed in! The staff was amazing, and from the bookings until the last day of our stay, they made sure we got everything we asked for. Early checkin at 10 am, with a baby crib in the room, kingsize beds, pool view rooms, or rooms next to each other.
