This hotel is the best ive ever been to in the islands for two weeks. The rooms are very comfortable and of high quality, and they have nice bathrooms. We were also very helpful and allowed us to take a shower in our evening after checking out.

We will definitely recommend and stay again. We have stayed in many hotels, but this one is the best! It had everything we needed and more, an iron ironing board, a coffee machine, the most delicious welcome drink, and amazing new gym facilities (the best weve seen in taiwan. Alex, owner, staff were very welcoming and accommodating for our stay, especially since we mixed up our booking and told them 2 hours before we arrived. The hotel is modern and very clean, with cosy beds and hot showers. Exceeded our expectations, we will certainly recommend it and return. Bridget and Josh

The hotel is located far from the tourist center but still in a busy part of town with lots of local food options and taverns nearby. It has one of the best gyms ive ever used in an old hotel despite being merely resembling if it were sized. Although not large, it contains all the main machines and equipment as well as highquality versions of each. There is even i have gotten dragged into it! The receptionists are excellent, the rooms are clean, and the price is reasonable. My only complaint was that the bar, which appeared lovely and could be reached through the top floor gym, was closed the two nights he was there. Evidently, you must request that they take care of you at reception, but no one wants to ask reception to go make them booze up in the pub. Thats not quite the same as simply walking into the restaurant. However, this is hardly muddled up, so overall its well worth staying at. On my way out of panambia, ill visit again in several weeks.

Amazing rooftop bar with great cocktails selections! Love their gin tonic and margarita apple. Bedroom and comfort room are like 5 star like. With coffee machine. Proper espresso and long black coffee.

Our time at asn boutique residence was fantastic. The staff is amiable and supportive. Excellent rooms are provided. Everything you need to unwind after exploring manila. Really cozy beds are available. Safe is maintained in the area.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and had an amazing experience! The room was very comfortable, beautiful and quiet. We especially loved the bed and shower. The staff were very nice and helpful, we were able to check in early without any fees and enjoy the room. Highly recommended!.

The gym is brand new and has good equipment. The staff is friendly. Near a shopping mall. There was snoring about the hot water problem, but it was quickly resolved.

This hotel has excellent facilities, and the staff is above standard. After a long journey, we arrived at 9 am early, but they were always willing to help. The front desk receptionist ms. Badette makes sure everything is very convenient for us. Janus is always available to assist us in any way. Ryan from the restaurant is also fantastic in helping us out in every way possible. Parking is accessible throughout our stay as well. Its cheaper than the nearby hotel, yet the service is extremely flexible and above board. When we return to manila, well undoubtedly make reserving this.

The place is luxurious, clean and comfortable, but what i loved most was the staff. They treated us like princesses. We cant thank them enough, they made our stay so relaxing! The food on the rooftop was also very good, ive had chicken wings and a croissant and scrambled eggs for breakfast. The bartender created jugs for us, we just told him we wanted something refreshing and it hit the spot! I highly recommended.

The food was excellent, and make sure to try the rooftop bar or restaurant. And then, the gym was amazing. After that, everything was cozy and spotless. Subsequently, all the employees were friendly.

Excellent hotel! Super luxury at very reasonable prices. Everything felt 5 and highend from the moment we stepped outside. The shower was the best weve experienced in any hotel. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and luxurious. It appeared to be brand new and worked well. Free water in the rooms, as well as water dispensers on the main floor and gym. Very nice nespresso machine in room for coffee. Slippers, toiletries, safes, plush towels, ironing board, microwave, kettle - literally anything you need is probably in your room or, if possible, the front desk will help you get it. Top floor restaurant and bar with great bartenders and delicious food. Also close to the airport. Highly recommended!.

This place is the best accommodation in manila! We havent had such a pleasant stay in ages. The room is peaceful, has oversized comfortable beds, sanitized, contemporary bathrooms, and newest televisions. There is onsite physiotherapy with countless highquality equipment. Professional and courteous staff.

The best value for money anywhere in the metro. When you say boutique hotel, this is the real deal. At a fraction of the cost, they offer 5star service and amenities. Ive already stayed here four times! The staff is already treated like family because the owner regularly checks on the visitors. After my most recent visit, finally, after this review is long overdue! Also because they upgraded me from superior to family! Haha. So i quickly gathered up some friends and asked them to tour the property with me. They also have nothing but wonderful things to say. We spent the evening at the hotels fantastic rooftop bar, which is small and cozy and ideal for socializing with friends. The bartender, jerome, is an expert at creating custom cocktails, and the food is excellent. But the firstclass gym was the true showtopper. It was love at first sight. As if hes always tempted by gym rats. Ha ha. Im hoping to be able to stay longer and train there soon. Everyone had incredibly relaxing and enjoyable weekend overall! Many thanks!.

You will not regret choosing this hotel. I can confirm all the positive reviews here. You may have to be brave to try hotels with a small number of ratings or reviews, but you will be given refurbished, clean rooms, good air conditioning, and other tech gadgets. The bed was comfortable, the shower was the best ive had in the Philippines and even in most places in etrope. Five stars for service, delicious food, cocktails, etc. Here you get value for your money. Just go here, you wont regret it!.

This is a fantastic hotel with excellent service! The rooms are luxurious, quiet, and equipped with all kinds of amenities, including nespresso coffee! We booked the room because they have i gym, but we were not disappointed. The gym has dozens of brand new equipment and is great. Finally, Lauren (and the rest of the staff) provided excellent customer service. She made our stay comfortable and was always on standby to support - thank you!.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, they help with everything. The new gym is amazing, it has everything you could want. This is our best stay, thank you, ali! This hotel is brand new and really beautiful. Everything is great! The rooms are modern and stylishly furnished with all the amenities you need, the beds are super comfortable and the cleaning is top notch.
