HOUSE RULES
• STRICTLY NO SMOKING •
Smoking inside the unit and inside the condo premises is strongly prohibited. There is a designated smoking area outside the gate of the condominium. We impose a fine of Php5,000 for guests who breach this policy.
• PARKING •
Paid parking is subject to slot availability. The monthly rate is Php3,500, the daily rate is Php350. The parking rate is subject to change without prior notice. Feel free to inquire first before booking.
• INCLUSIONS •
This is a fully-furnished unit. We provide a one-time complimentary guest kit with a tissue, toothbrush, soap, shampoo, & slippers. We provide sleeping essentials, cooking, & eating utensils to make your stay more comfortable. We do not provide cooking oil, soy sauce, salt, sugar, condiments, and drinking water for sanitary reasons. There is a convenience store nearby where you can buy other personal stuff you need.
• RESIDENTIAL CONDO •
Because you're staying in a condo and not a hotel, amenities and services will be different.
• HOUSEKEEPING •
Cleaning and changing of linens must be booked ahead of time with a fee of Php650. We provide an extra set of linens for bookings of more than 14 days so guests can replace them on their own and bring the used ones to the laundry according to how frequently they want to change.
• TREAT YOUR HOST'S HOME LIKE YOUR OWN •
We put a lot of care into our home so make sure to respect the rules, space, and the neighbors. Kindly keep the unit clean, and take the trash out regularly. There's a designated garbage room on each floor near the emergency exit. Please turn the aircon and other appliances off whenever you go out to conserve energy.
• COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR HOST ABOUT YOUR STAY •
We don't have a 24-hour on-call staff to attend to your immediate requests however, you may message your host through Airbnb or you may directly call us during an emergency. It's also best to call the attention of the guard in the lobby who is available 24/7 for immediate action.
