1) Use of projector is free upon request prior check-in. Prepaid wifi kit is available, load is at guest’s expense.
2) Free common parking inside the premises on a “first come, first serve” basis (free until 6pm only. Beyond that, parking is prohibited and a penalty of Php1000 will be imposed). Parking slot rental is at Php300/night (overnight) subject to availability. Earlier arrangement is required to secure the slot.
3) Free swimming pool usage for 2 confirmed guests (chargeable from 3rd guest). Fee for day use (6am-6pm) is P200/pax and P300/pax for night use (6pm-9.30pm). Open on Tuesdays to Sundays. Closed on Mondays for maintenance.
4) Direct message or send me a private message for the rates of other amenities such as Gym, etc.
5) Please leave our place as tidy as possible. Guests are requested to tidy the place when checking out.
6) Sticking or putting anything on the wall/ceiling is not allowed as it may damage the paint.
7) All appliances are working well and tested prior every check-in. These appliances will be checked upon check-out to ensure no damage has been done. If damages found, guest will be accountable and shall pay for damage fee. Fees vary depending on the item damaged.
8) Hot and cold shower available. We provide maximum 2 towels per booking. Extra towel is chargeable at ₱150/pc.
9) No heavy cooking allowed to maintain cleanliness. But guests can use the rice cooker, electric kettle and mugs provided in the unit.
10) The unit is a 20sqm studio and good for 3 guests. We do not have an extra bed or mattress for extra guests. Extra guest after 3 pax is charged separately at 250/pax/night. The bed is a double size bed with pullout and there is no other beds other than that. Extra bed sheet/blanket is chargeable at 150/set.
11) Pets are not allowed. And smoking is strictly prohibited.
12) Cancellation and rescheduling is not allowed. Non-refundable.

Requirements:
1. Please send us a photo of your ID (per guest) here for our record and for safety purposes.
2. Each guest must bring and submit a photocopy/hardcopy of ID upon check-in as per condo admin policy. NO REQUIREMENT, NO CHECK-IN Policy.
