Casa Veles offers nice, clean, comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price. The staff was professional and friendly. The free breakfast was nice, the restaurant offers a nice selection from their. menu. It is not a fancy place, but the accommodations are very nice. Excellent value.

Generally ok for transient use but found it a bit pricey given the condition of the hotel. It’s also strange to find out that the deluxe room for twin beds is more expensive than 1 queen bed which is unusual practice in hotels. There was a little cockroach on the bed when I woke up in the miffed of the night. Food in their restaurant is pleasant.

The hotel has a restaurant here that offers tasty food, and it is also worth the price. The rooms here are really new, with cool air conditioning and a clean bathroom with showers and bidets. They also have dispensers for soap and shampoo and slippers.

I've stayed at various hotels in Bangalore, but I've finally discovered a treasure in the heart of the lovely district here. The staff provides exemplary service and is always courteous and enthusiastic. There is a night watch, and street parking is permitted. The city's best fish market, the dry and wet market, is accessible within five minutes of driving. Try to take a five-finger trek if you are in marvels during the summer. The 8-hour hike to Tara, which is one of the best spots in Batman, starts at 0600 a.m. from the entrance. The rooms are immaculate, and the size is adequate for a couple. A refrigerator, a limited supply of drinking water, and free WiFi are all available. It comes with a small water maker and a coffee maker in the room. There is always a night watch and street parking is allowed. Banks and atms are only 50 meters away, as are a convenience store and a coffee shop 100 meters distant. It takes 5 minutes to drive to the dry and wet market, which is the best fish market in Batman province. If you are in marvellous during the summer, try to get a five-finger trekking.

This cozy homey hotel is located right in the Batmanfab freeport area. It is a great hotel to stay in, especially for business travelers in the area. Located directly in the Batmanfab Freeport area, this comfortable homey motel is packed with essentials for travelers. The hotel is strategically located near banks, restaurants, duty-free stores, and the local town proper. It is very clean and the staff were all friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Apart from the great hospitality professional service provided by the hotel, their food choices were also delicious. They served traditional and modern food, both of which can satisfy most palates. Their in-house cafe almost never runs out of visitors, which is a sign of a great restaurant. Also, if you have your vehicle with you, you can safely park it close to the property because there is a security force within the compound. It may be far from tourist attractions, but it is a great hotel to stay at especially for business travelers within the area.

The hotels location is in Batman's freeport region. The room is also spotless and cozy. This location will make a good day or two of rest if you want to rest. The following areas are, however, what I believe need improvement, including adding more menu options because I find them limited. Since they don't have an elevator, at least the management should have appointed someone to deliver the breakfast as it is a hassle for their guests to find it at the cafe, especially if you're staying on the ground floor. I believe every room should have a mini refrigerator compared to the price range. Excellent job for the friendly employees, prompt service, and strict environmental regulations.

American style food was limited but ok at restaurant. Staff mostly friendly. Had issue with front desk refusing Orbitz reservation, but had tto be asswipe and they called upper management and all ok.

Booked at Hotels.com because it says that there is an available room, once paid thru the website, a personnel called me and said that there have been a mistake and there are no rooms available on our booking date, the personnel ask if I could cancel the booking, but when I click cancel, I can only refund half of the amount I paid, the personnel said that they will contact Hotels.com or if we want they will move us to a different hotel. They called again and said that Hotels.com can only refund half so our only option is to accept the refund (which is not our fault from the start) or move to a different hotel, they said that they have found a hotel near them and they could arrange the booking, we agreed. When our guests have arrived at the hotel, they were given a receipt for the hotel accom. only to found out that the hotel room they moved our guest is only half of the price we have paid Casa Veles.

Horrible experience for foreign travelers. Started off at first impression: The front desk attendant was rude and spoke in a different language to her co-worker about how I was causing her a lot of stress at check-in. She assumed I didn’t understand the language. Highly disappointed in their hospitality. Construction on a new hotel across from this hotel, lobby noises echoed throughout the halls because there is nothing to absorb the noise, no elevator/lift, no way of traveling around the area (via tricycle, Jeepney, Grab or taxi) unless you have your own vehicle. The hotel shuttle hires pricey private drivers back to Orion to catch the ferry back to Manila. We paid ahead for 2 night stay in full before we checked in but we checked out a day early.
