The location was good. But even if the hotel needs maintenance, it still adds a bit of charm. The management are very friendly and professional. If you have any issues, ask for Jay, he's the owner and a good guy. I would recommend the Premier Deluxe Room over the Standard Room.

My impression of this hotel is that this hotel is in a great location. The staff was also helpful. The receptionists were really warm and happy. The room was also good. The AC was quiet. There were mosquitoes in the room as soon as I entered the room. There was no bidet spray in the bathroom, as claimed online and when they confirmed it via email. The noise from outside can be clearly heard from inside. The cable box was not working. After I informed them of the problem, they immediately dealt with it. I applaud their service. I didn't bother speaking with them about the rest of the concerns because I was aware that these were issues they couldn't take care of at the time. But, congratulations to the personnel. They were quick in responding to my inquiries and requirements.

The room is big with a star-quality bed. They have a mini fridge with drinks and food inside but not for free. The pool is not too big and is aft deep. The chair arrangement at the reception area and at the pool area is a bit jumbled. We winter their breakfast coz it's a bit pricey but very limited and theres a lot of restful outside. Overall it was a great stay! Thank you for the affordable hotel price!.

Affordable spacious poolside room, decent and simple. Needs more aesthetics like interior design, and the comfort room needs some updating but overall the place is a good place to stay. I would like to commend that the staff are all accommodating, they helped get us a car to the airport because the area has limited transportation options (esp. on very early flights). Some guests were noisy but they seemed to be enjoying the pool. I like that there was a drugstore beside it, so if you lack essentials you can always go here. Since there's no restaurant, you have to be ready to go out for meals. Since crossing the street is unsafe better plan your trips as well.

Toiletry amenities were provided contrary to reviews . Desk staff was ok. Overall ok w nice view of mountain side, much better than poolside though room was older but clean. Pool is very old. Could use some good renovation. Shower curtains need adjusting to touch toilet floor so water will not splash out .

It was a spontaneous booking. Just needed a place to sleep at since the AC at the place where we’re originally staying at wasn’t working. We were two guys. Would have been better if we were given two single beds. We had one queen with one pillow each and shared blanket. Didn’t make a fuss since I could deal with it. Bed isn’t the most comfortable and pillows aren’t up to the usual hotel standard I’m used to. Bathroom is so-so. Room keys are old school. I love the area as I’m used to staying at the Marco Polo. It was fully booked this time. Didn’t get any city view though. But the poll view is good enough. Didn’t get to use the pool but I think it’s great that a hotel at such price point has a pool. Also, had a problem with booking. It kept failing. Saying that the room is no longer available. So I had to try booking at other hotels. For some reason, I got an email saying my booking pushed through. I ended up with two bookings. They didn’t allow me to cancel the booking when it was clearly their end’s fault. In fact, the email says 2 rooms. I could have insisted they give me two rooms since they didn’t allow us to cancel. But I wasn’t in the mood for some consumer rights crusade. Good thing the other hotel I booked allowed us to cancel.

It is located along the highway where transportation is readily available. The receptionist is accommodating. We booked the room with poolside view. Room is spacious with extra clean beddings and towels. Toiletries are provided. It has a fridge with food and drinks at cost. The pool is clean but needs to be monitored every now and then to maintain its cleanliness while there are kids eating just too close to the pool. Work out machines are not functioning. Cats must be controlled because the receiving area has an awful odor of cat feces.
