Official House Rules
Please review and follow these house rules to ensure a safe, comfortable, and relaxing stay:
Resource Conservation:
Observe energy and water conservation by turning off all lights, air conditioning, and faucets when not in use.
Garbage & Cleanliness:
Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay and dispose of all trash properly in the designated bins.
No Pets:
Animals of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the property at all times.
Furniture Placement:
Do not rearrange or move any furniture pieces during your stay.
Cabinets & Storage:
Please do not open closed personal cabinets or locked storage spaces.
Cooking Request:
Please inform your host in advance if you plan to use the kitchen to cook meals.
Damages Policy:
Guests will be financially charged for any broken appliances, damaged furniture, or property destruction.
No Smoking:
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home.
Quiet Hours:
Please keep noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.No Parties:
Unregistered guests, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted.
No Shoes Inside:
Please remove your shoes at the side door to help maintain a clean environment inside the home.
