The place was very relaxing. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The rooms were updated. It was very convenient to have the indoor pool in the room. Overall rating exceeds my expectation. The only place in Los Banos that had indoor pool option. It was well worth it. Just wish the site will update City of Springs availability. It kept showing sold out/no more available rooms but there were a lot of available rooms for travellers to try. Give the hotel credit for exceeding customer expectations. I wish I can do more do help drive people to check out this lovely place.

We ate dinner with our family. We waited for early check-in because napalm aga named for check-in. The place is not well-equipped, but the kids' pool is full of bugs and the husband has no interest in playing with plants. Our room was big enough for four people. The indoor pool has an overflowing level of humidity, so my chill is low. I didn't feel like there was any water in the drain. No more waiting. But there is no need to make some improvements to the facilities and prices here.

湖が見える部屋にしました。湖自体は茶色でしたが、変な匂いは無く、テラスの椅子に座って、のんびり波の音を聞いていると安らぎました。温泉付きの部屋は分かりませんが、泊まるなら湖側がお勧めです。部屋は新しくはありませんが、清潔です。エアコンは効きませんでしたが、湖畔にあるせいか暑くて困ることはありませんでした。フィリピンの滞在中で、一番落ち着けたホテルでした。スタッフの方はとても親切で、ロスバニョスからマニラに帰るバスが通る道路まで案内してくれました。朝食も選択肢がいくつもあって、美味しかったです。夕食も近くの別のホテルから運ばれてきますが、ここで注文できて食べられます。

It's not new, but City of Springes still appeals to visitors. Get the room with the biggest indoor pool. We filled it at night and the water is naturally warm. Even in the morning when we woke up and the aircorn was open the whole night, the water is still nice and warm. There is also a bigger pool outside, the good thing is it's natural hot spring water that hasn't been chlorinated and is changed frequently.

This resort offers meeting rooms, which are ideal for groups and families. We were pleased with the service and the hospitality provided. We reserved a lakeside room with an outside pool where hot spring water was pumped in. The absence of a chlorine odor from day-long swimming sessions is a relief. We used a bus from Manila and walked about 50 meters from the highway to the gate. The restaurant, on the other hand, is a drawback. Yet, a restaurant is located near the entrance.

It's suitable for family reunions because it has the privacy of a private pool. The basic room costs just 1,500 pesos and check-out is at noon. The water in the pool is clean and warm. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages inside. Ordering food takes time as the food is prepared in the same management at splash mountain resort and will be delivered within minutes to an hour. Cottages cost 700 pesos and have 10 chairs available. Lovely place to unwind.

The staff are courteous and very helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The room is good, but there are no toiletries. You have to buy then in the lobby. There is no drinking water available inside the room. You have to bring your pitcher down and ask one of the staff to bring you drinking water from their cafeteria.

The hotel is located just beside the lake bay. But unfortunately my room faced the opposite direction. If you have a car, the way to the hotel is easy. And the only group that uses the pool for the pool party can fully enjoy the facilities. Speaking about the room, it still has the all-in-one air-con which is very noisy. The food preparation was not fast.

Not bad resort on the lake. Indoor pool is great. Worse part was running and leaky toilet. Excellent service though by staff who fixed it. Price is good food is good. Enjoyable stay.

Staff are friendly and courteous. Need lots of renovations especially the wash room such as changing the toilet bowl, faucet leaking, change flooring . Light in the powder area not working and need to clean the air conditioner are they are so dusty and noisy.

Average hotel. It’s good to stay for overnight. Long-term stay might be difficult because they only offer basic amenities. Only one free towel provided for each customer. 400 pesos charge for extra towel request. The bathroom faucet below the shower head is the only one that has hot water. Room with kitchenette needs renovation. Only the main pool was open because there were only few people booked on that day. Love the breakfast. Very nice and friendly staffs.
