HOUSE RULES
1. No smoking and no parties
2. No pets allowed
3. When cooking meals, please always turn on the range hood fan
4. Dispose of cooking oil and food waste directly to the garbage bin provided. Do not throw anything straight into the kitchen sink to avoid clogging.
5. Guests must take good care of their belongings. The management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred
6. The room keys are kept by the guest during their stay. Any damage or loss will be subject to fine.
7. Visitors are not allowed to stay/ sleep with the guest.
8. No vandalism, guests are held responsible for any damage done to the furniture, decoration or other facilities inside and out the unit.
9. In case of violation of the above regulations or any misconduct deemed to cause inconvenience or discomfort of others, the Management reserves the right to ask the guest to leave.
