TERMS
▫️Remaining balance should be settled before checking in.
▫️A security deposit of P1000 is required, and is refundable within 6 hours after checking out considering no damage or violation occurred (Please provide Bank Account or E-Wallet details).
▫️Any stains, wet mattress, damages, violations and penalties inside the unit and common areas will be charged to guest/s (Ex. Damaged painting on the wall, triggering of smoke alarm, broken appliances or kitchenwares, leaving trash on common areas).
HOUSE RULES
▫️Kindly take your shoes off inside the unit, there is a shoe rack provided on the left side of the door.
▫️Please maintain cleanliness and practice CLAYGO (Clean As You Go) inside the unit and common areas.
▫️The Celandine is still a residential condominium, please maintain moderate sound/noise specially after 9pm. Respect the residents, other guests, and employees.
▫️When cooking, please turn on the range hood exhaust, then after cooking, let the induction cooker cools down before turning off the socket. Cooking of strong smell foods like dried fish, bagoong, etc. is prohibited.
▫️Do not smoke/vape or use candles inside the unit and at the balcony. Smoke areas can be found at the Ground Floor and Roof Deck.
▫️Do not lean too much or place heavy objects on the Bar Table and TV Rack.
▫️Do not open the two Maintenance Cabinets.
▫️Do not leave kids unattended specially at the balcony
▫️Do not hang clothes over the balcony railings.
▫️Wear proper swimwear when using the pool. Towel dry or change clothes before using the elevators.
▫️If your trash bin is full, you can dispose the trash bag in Basement 1 Garbage Area.
▫️Inform the host at least 3 hours ahead of time if you plan to extend a few hours or another day and before checking-out.
▫️When checking out, turn off everything except WiFi and leave the key card in the center table before going out of the unit.
