With a big room furnished with a TV, cooking stove, oven, refrigerator, utensils, dishes and a sofa, table, large bed and bathtub the place was like a small house. With a pool right outside the door, very friendly staff, fast wi fi and the proximity of the place to the dau bus terminal and clark freeport zone you could ask for anything more.. Would love to stay here again.

I remained for 6 weeks. You will never leave such as in a hotel California. Get accustomed to the fact that I am just the secretary whenever you have a problem, as Nina will tell you. Even though she is in the managers office all day, she says she is just the secretary. There is a good reason why the cost is good. The low-rise hotel is booming right outside the thin windows, and the construction noise never stops. They are as cheap as hell and will never replace anything but patch it up. Pool cleaning, proper chemicals, and testing are all too cheap, and the pool is always filthy. The staff is doing their best to keep it clean, but they don't have any idea what they are doing. The wifi goes out for days at a time and there are ants in the kitchen because the units need a good cleaning. Your back will hurt after sleeping on the $ 20 mattress! There are so many better places to stay, especially for long-term visitors. I would avoid this place at all costs until the construction next door is complete and management gets a clue.

The yo 123 condone, which was previously known as the manner condone, is next to the prime Asia hotel at the end of Narco Avenue. In March 2019, I stayed at the yo for two weeks, and I discovered that it offered excellent value for the money. I had a deluxe room, with a bedroom and bath in a loft above the living area. The bedrooms were downstairs, including a dining table, bathroom, and an enormous chair. Cable and WiFi are all available in all rooms. The property's restoration is taking place. The big chair next to the to was replaced on the day I arrived. Two rooms on the second level were painted during my visit. Shower, air conditioning, stove, WiFi, etc. were all spotless and in working order in the apartment, including showers, air conditioning, stove, etc. You can walk to the so mall, the main Jeepney think bus terminal, a 24 he shop, and restaurants. The repo mall and the apu church friday flea market are also close by. The bad news is that off-street parking is restricted and will be first come, first served. The staff spoke english at a little bit, but it has been a minor issue with some of the other budget hotels I have stayed in. The yo 123 elysian offers excellent value for money.

Overall, this place is nice, and I will stay there again. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The Duplex unit was very large. The discount is good and they have a pool but you can't use it.

In July 2018, I traveled to the Philippines to get in touch with a special love interest of mine and spent a month there at the Elysian Condone. The staff was always friendly and the rooms were of high quality. The kitchen facilities were excellent, as were the cable and bedrooms, which were considerably higher than I had expected for the price. During my stay, the staff was really welcoming, and I felt like family. I intend to stay there again when I visit, and I heartily advise anyone looking for quality for a reasonable price and service that outperforms most other hotels in many categories to stay at this hotel rather than paying higher prices for less accommodations. I enjoy this hotel in every category. I give this hotel ten stars.
