Great hotel but nothing to do outside the hotel so just know that when booking. It’s in a remote location. The property is really nice and well maintained!

The hotel received an outstanding recommendation. The staff were exceptionally helpful and impressive. The premises were meticulously clean and well maintained. Transfers were organized efficiently. Staff provided assistance with arranging our tours. The breakfast is delightful, featuring a diverse selection of continental and local cuisine catering to various nationalities.

Our stay here was amazing. The staff in oarticular Geovil, James and MJ were super amazing, but generally all the staff were great. The rooms were well catered for a good restaurant and best pools in Philippines (best we have seen ). Would thoroughly recommend

Everything clean and tidy. Very well organized. The wait staff at the restaurant was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Giovi was exceptional, and shows how he loves working there. Giovi makes a whole difference. Front staff was courteous but may need to be more attentive. It seems they're multitasking a lot of things.

We had a room with balcony and a pool view that is clean and quiet. Staff are amazing! They go above and beyond with services provided. Staff even give us a courtesy call in making sure that we'll not miss breakfast 30 mins before it ends. Food served at breakfast are all 10/10 in taste, cleanliness, and presentation. They are also fast and efficient with room service such as housekeeping, towel change, and collecting garbage upon request. There's 2 wide pools, the widest pool is kid friendly and lifeguard is present at all times. Staff always smile and greet you at anytime time of the day. I am thankful and grateful for Sandra, Anita, Mj, and all staff at Fernvale!

This is an amazing place to stay. It’s affordable and a beautiful place. The place is green, clean and quiet. It has a beautiful pool not just for adults but also for children. They offer great free breakfast every day. There’s a free shuttle that picks you up from the airport and drop you off. There a local transportation the resort can call for a minimal fee (less than $1 US) if you want to visit the town. Most tour operators and Island hopping activities picks you up from this hotel. On top of that the staff are very helpful, courteous and warm and wears a smile every time. I would gladly recommend this place.

Stayed for one night. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, and the pool and the grounds were nice. The meals were good. You are a little ways from town but taking a tuktuk into Coron just adds to the adventure. We would stay there again.
