- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, early check-in before 5:00 AM is subject to a full day charge, while early check-in between 5:01 AM and 11:00 AM is subject to a 50% charge.
-Standard check-out time is 12:00 NN. Late check-out until 4:00 PM is subject to a 50% charge, while check-out beyond 4:01 PM will be charged the equivalent of one full night’s stay.
-A Php 1,000.00 cash security deposit is required upon check-in. This will be fully refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages, losses, or additional charges incurred during your stay.
-A maximum of two (2) adults are allowed in Superior, Deluxe, Executive, and Loft Bunk Rooms. Premium Rooms may accommodate up to four (4) adults. All room types may include one (1) child aged 11 years old and below. Requests for an extra bed are subject to availability and will incur an additional charge of Php 900.00.
-All visitors must register at the Front Desk and be escorted by the registered guest. A maximum of two (2) visitors per room is allowed, and visits are permitted only until 12:00 midnight. Non-compliance may result in penalties or denied entry.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises. A penalty of PHP 10,000.00 will be imposed for each violation, along with the confiscation of cigarettes, vapes, and any prohibited or illegal products.
-Housekeeping services, including linen and towel changes, are available daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Services will be provided upon guest request, and housekeeping may enter the room with the guest’s permission, even if the guest is present.
-The hotel reserves the right to impose charges for any loss, damage, or breakage incurred in the room during the stay.
-The hotel is not liable for valuables left in the room, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Philippines. Guests are advised to secure their belongings. Lost items will be kept for 30 days, after which management may dispose of them without notice.

-The hotel may impose penalties, eviction, or legal action for self-check-out, policy violations, disorderly conduct, or failure to settle balances upon demand.
-All deliveries must be personally received by the guest, as the hotel will not accept or hold deliveries on behalf of guests. Any unattended deliveries will be refused or returned to the sender.
-No parking available on-site.
-Pets are strictly prohibited in all guest rooms.
