A tourism tax will be charged directly at the property. Incidental deposit of PHP 2,000 or higher (depends on the room category booked) per room per night is required upon check-in. Should there be no charges incurred during the stay, credit card pre-authorization will be canceled upon check-out, refund is then subject to issuing bank’s policy.

Please be informed that Superior Rooms have either 2 single beds or 1 king bed. Rooms have no veranda and no sea view.All are located in the North Wing.
Room rates include: breakfast for the confirmed paid occupancy only (refer to voucher). Standard occupancy: 2 persons for Twin/Double Rooms and 4 persons for Family Rooms, Royal Suites, and Presidential Suites. Maximum occupancy: Twin/Double Rooms – 3 adults + 1 child (0–9 yrs); Family Rooms, Royal Suites, and Presidential Suites – 5 adults + 1 child (0–9 yrs), subject to applicable extra person fees on personal account. A valid ID or birth certificate is required for child age verification; otherwise, adult rates apply. Extra person fees are subject to change and may vary by room type and season, payable upon check-in. Guests exceeding maximum occupancy must book an additional room.
Room rates on December 31, 2026 (New Year's Eve) and February 5, 2027 (Chinese New Year) include a common buffet dinner based on standard room capacity. Minimum of 2 people (other room types) and 4 people for Family Room, Royal Suite and Presidential Suite. The extra dinner charge for additional person(s) will be applied on a personal account. For triple occupancy, payment for the 3rd person’s mandatory dinner should be made directly to the resort and will be collected at the front desk upon check-in based on the prevailing rates. Kid rate and dinner charge will be determined on-site depending on height. Mandatory Dinner will be charged even if guests cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival or other reasons.

Shared airport transfer via Caticlan Airport or Jetty Port is available for an extra fee. Pre-arrangement is required. You may contact the property to provide flight details at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
The registered lead guest must be present at check-in with a valid government issued ID or passport matching the exact full legal name on the booking voucher. Any name changes require approval from booking platform; otherwise, check-in cannot be processed.
