Strictly No Smoking in the hotel. Whether cigarettes or e-cigarettes (Vape) while on the hotel premises, a fine of PHP 5,000 will be collected from the guest. A designated smoking area is available.
Bringing in firearms, cooking equipment, and pungent food is strictly not allowed in the hotel. Pets are not allowed.
Complimentary parking is available, though spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel is unable to accommodate minibuses, buses, or other oversized vehicles.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge if outside the specified hours.
Hotel strictly prohibits holding parties, gatherings or illegal activities. Hotel reserves theright to evict any additional occupants in the room.
In-Room Safe is provided. The hotel will not be liable for any personal items and valuablesleft in guest rooms, vehicles, or public areas in the hotel.
Registered guests will be held responsible for any stained linens or lost and damaged items in the hotel room.
Upon check-in, guests (including sharers) are required to present a Valid/Government Issued I.D. for locals or a Passport for foreign guests. The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in should guests fail to comply.
