Really friendly and helpful staff. Just opposite the SM Mall, so very convenient. Also close to everything else you need. The main avenue, the bay front. Couldn't be happier with my stay.

This is a nice hotel in a very central location, near the SM City Mall in Puerto Princessa. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. We had a couple of disappointments though. 1. We dropped laundry off at 7:00 am expecting it to be returned cleaned by 4:00 pm, as stated in their guide. However, by 4:00 pm, the laundray had not been done. This was an inconvenience. 2. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. All-in-all, however, it was a great place to stay.

I travel a lot and staying a lot of hotels. I am not exaggerating on this. It is not a five star big resort. So if you’re a millionaire, this may not be your cup of tea. But for foreigners coming to the Philippines and you want an excellent room. This is the place. It is clean the services superb the restaurant is nice. It’s Japanese. The room was clean. I could not find anything dirty. They answered anything we called for. We will stay at this property again. It is well worth the money like I said if you’re a millionaire go stay at one of the island resorts. But if you’re a traveler like we are. It has everything that you want as far as amenities. We have no complaints. Highly recommend..

Incredible service starting at check in and throughout a 4-day stay. Every single staff member was gracious, helpful and went beyond expectations to ensure our stay was pleasant and that we had everything we needed. Room was spacious and clean. Excellent location, no elevators or coffee making facilities in rooms. Room service was very fast and all the staff were beyond helpful and wonderful to deal with. It was a very clean and nice place to stay with a huge Mall just across the road which was perfect.

5 star on services,staff friendliness and accomodations,cleanliness , few steps from SM is a big plus . I felt its my second home with some added service perks. The only thing that spoiled my stay and probably most ,was very poor WIFI connection in the room most of the time NONE at all , you still need to go downstairs to the lobby or bar to have a good connection.Hhhmmmm...☹️😣☹️

買い物にも食事にも全く困らない立地。しかも静かでプールも泳げる深さと広さ。実に快適で、朝食はバイキングではなく選べるスタイル。大雑把に言うと肉、ハム・ベーコン、魚、果物をメインで選べます。フロントやツアーデスクも親切でとってもフレンドリー。Bay walk の帰りに食べ頃のマンゴーが1kg25pesoで５つ。何もかもお得。
