In San Jos del Monte, I needed a place to stay and this was the only option close to the mall and eateries. It was very tiring carrying our suitcases up the stairs as there was no elevator. The room does not have windows, the bed is a little too firm, and the shower pressure is satisfactory. I only stay at the Laws House because it is more comfortable than this hotel, but if you need a centrally located location, this hotel is fine.

This place was like the only one I had in San Jose del Monte when I needed a place to stay. There is no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The room lacks windows, the bed is a little too firm, and the shower pressure is fine. I just stay at the laws house because it is more comfortable than this hotel, but if you need a location that is centrally located, this hotel is fine.

Property is close to a Church with loud speakers walls are not sound proof. Staff are honest and helpful. Hot water does not work but it's not needed. AC will cool the room enough to be comfortable but not super cool.

I appreciated the good hotel service. But put me off was the strict rules for guests, some amenities were not as advertised when booking. For example. That there was no free breakfast. Free breakfast was advertised on Expedia. They should probably update that. Overall I was there for the experiment with my gf and though not bothered by much it was upsetting to here I did not get everything I thought I paid for.
