1. No Smoking & No Drugs
Smoking and any form of drug use inside the property are strictly prohibited.

2. Energy-Saving Reminder
Kindly switch off all electrical appliances, including the AC and lights, whenever you leave the house.

3. Quiet Hours — 11:00 PM Onwards
To respect our neighbors, please avoid parties and loud music after 11 PM.

4. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 2:00 PM & Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.

5. Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay.

6. Cleanliness
Please help us keep the space tidy and dispose of your trash properly before checking out.

7. No Pets Allowed
For the comfort of all guests and to maintain cleanliness, pets are not allowed on the property.
