Hello and Welcome to Amaia Steps unit 436!
1. Please treat my space and everything in it as you would your own, with care and respect.
2. If there is something lacking or you wish me to provide, please feel free to communicate to me so we can work on it.
3. Please treat our neighbors with respect. Avoid loud noise during rest hours in the afternoon and after 10PM. No parties allowed in the unit.
4. No pets allowed anywhere within the property except aquarium fish.
5. Smoking is not allowed esp inside the unit. You may ask guard for directions to smoking area.
6. The power supply for the hot shower is beside the washing machine faucet. Flip up for on or down for off. Green means it's on.
7. Please dispose of garbage daily at the green trash bin at the back of elevator.
8. For safety and energy conservation, unplug all electronic and electrical appliances when not in use esp before leaving the unit.
9. Be careful when cooking. To avoid triggering the smoke alarm, never leave your cooking unattended and always use the exhaust fan. Penalty is 2000 pesos.
10. Avoid dumping used cooking oil in the kitchen sink. Please wipe off greasy pans or pots with paper towel before washing to avoid clogging the pipes.
11. Wifi is only prepaid. Download the LG smart TV remote app to use the tv while the remote is unavailable.
12. If you need a cleanup or fresh supplies, please communicate at least a day before.
13. Upon checkout, please dispose of all trash and pull down the main breaker from the panelboard (leftmost).
14. Have a pleasant, safe and enjoyable stay! 🙂
