When we arrived we were told that we inadvertently booked our reservation at their sister hotel about another 20 minute drive. Since it was raining and we were on motorcycles they allowed us to stay on the beach, switching our reservations. Perfect location, the rooms were clean, and the bed very comfortable. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, who bent over backwards in order to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Wonderful!!! Will stay again when in town!!!

My check in was late in the day. I had a child with me who had mobility issues at that time. The initially chosen room for us was at the second floor but they found a way to look for a room for us at the ground floor in a short amount of time. Really appreciated that. The room was a bit warm or didn’t get cold enough and cellular and internet connections were dead in our area but didn’t matter to us at that time since we were only there overnight. Even if old, the hotel looked really well maintained and still retains its grandeur. The employees who attended to us were also really good.

I highly recommend this hotel in Roxas. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The room is great and very roomy. They have 2 swimming pools for kids and adults. It was very convenient getting around Roxas as it was bery close to every major spot. I want to give many thanks to the hotel manager as she offered us ride to the bus station. I would come back here again. Thank you.

We had reserved this hotel for 3 nights but only spent 1 night. I am pumped to sleep well. To our horror, there were two cockroaches in the room, the beds and cabinets were dusty, the toilet flush wasnt working, and the bed and cabinets were dusty. After trying to fix the toilet, the staff moved me to another room expecting it to be better. But we were once more overjoyed by the dusty beds with some hair, cobwebs in the corner, and cleaned or that may be too much information, but there were traces of urine in the toilet seat. We werent feeling too exhausted by midnight, but we decided to go the following morning and move on. Benefits large room and bed, polite staff, a room rate including breakfast, accepts credit cards Cons old, damp, and poorly maintained rooms, dirty bedding and pillows, strange set out of the room sink is outside of the room

I stayed in the rooms city, but it was already booked by my host who wanted to have me check a newer hotel. Compared to Lapis Mansions, it's really like a mansion with all the fine details and grand staircase. The room I stayed in was very spacious, tastefully furnished, and had a decent rest. The sink outside the bathroom was convenient, as was the sink in the bathroom. The hotel is undergoing renovations to keep up with the competition, so my concern is that the shower hoses must at least have bidet shower hoses in the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was simply fine. Although I noticed that many people visit the venue for breakfast, it wasn't particularly impressive. Wifi is available but only in the lobby.

Our lunch there was unique. The cream de truth can't be beat, the management took care of us entirely. I'm eager to check in and see if their service extends to staying at the hotel.

The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The staff is friendly. The place could use an elevator. Even though it's only a 2-story hotel, it can be disconcerting for people who couldn't use the stairs to stay at this hotel.

Do not ever book at this hotel. The service is very very poor. The rooms are not being clean everyday. Towels are not changed, no supply of drinking water everyday, no kettle, no bar of soap, no heated shower. There is not even a 24 hour service reception. The room is very unsanitary. No extra garbage. The only person you can rely on here is the security guard. No one else. The property us 0 Start
