Friendly staff, neat bed, complete bathroom utilities, cold air conditioner, hot and cold options for bath, a good location, good wi-fi connection what more can you wish for? + a cheap price.

Overall, I suggest this location to budget travelers. The deluxe room we had was assigned to us and I would state that it had good value for the money. Large and spotless. A wonderful cheap hotel but not a place to stay if you want a quiet place. Quiet environment and close to the flower and fruit market. Free breakfast, but I would not advise it unless you leave the hotel early and need something to fill you up. There were only small sausages with weak flavor available. If you have time, its better to get your breakfast somewhere else.

We rented a room suitable for two people for our overnight stay near the location of my friend's wedding. The room was clean and not too big but at least you can spend the night resting. You can rest comfortably in their rooms. Plus the staff is very helpful since we arrived at around 130. They also served breakfast to tourists who spent the night at their place.

After checking, it was so quick and simple and there was no need to pay a deposit for the key. The staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful. The room is very spacious, with a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. It was annoying because we were very bored at night because the wifi was so slow and the cable to wasn't working. Problems 1. The staff are very noisy, they don't even think there are people resting. 2. The child's toy was also very noisy. 3. The towel handle inside the toilet is so high, I think it was 6 feet high, very difficult to reach. 4. There is no clothes handle where you can hand your clothes before taking a shower. 5. The bed is good for two, but they gave us 1 shampoo and 1 soap. 6. There is no free bottle of water. 7. Internet is very slow. 8. The cable to is not working. 9. We found lots of ants in our bed. I hope you will find solutions for the problems I shared, so that many tourists will book and stay at your hotel. Thank you for being nice!.

If your on a budget and looking for a comfortable place to stay in Tagaytay for the weekend, this is a great place. They have parking spaces and hot showers. The location is close to main road but not directly close to the road, so perfect for a good weekend rest and relaxation away from the busy street.

It's our first time to stay in La Gracia hotel for 2 nights. Upon checked-in, it was so quick and easy and no need to pay deposit for the key. The staff are very friendly, approachable at helpful. Фотографии комнаты не совпали с ожиданиями. Комната была меньше и хуже чем на фото. Кроме того сад, котлрый возле отеля уже застроен другими зданиями и фото сада предоставленные при резервации не соответствуют теперешнему состоянию. Раковина в ванной с зелёным налетом. В последний день к нам зашли попрощаться и подарили 5 ананасов, что было приятно.

Property surrounding not properly maintained and the room has mosquitos. We just stayed almost an hour and went out to look for another hotel to be comfortable on our night stay.
