A security deposit of PHP 8,000 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
An additional charge will be applied if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking.

Children under 7 years old stay for free if using existing bedding.
Children 7-11 years old will be charged PHP 3,500 per child per night when using existing bed.
Children 11 years and over are considered as adults.
Drones are not permitted into the property.
Due to the El Nido’s laws, all guests and children 12 years and above are required to pay a conservation fee of PHP 200 per visit directly at the property upon check-out.
ECO-TOURISM DEVELOPMENT FEE: All visitors to El Nido, aged 6 and above, are required to pay an Environmental Fee of Php 400.00 per person for the duration of their stay. This fee is collected by the Municipality of El Nido for various conservation projects and may be settled at the resorts upon check-out.
INTEGRATED PROTECTED AREA FUND: All visitors to the Big and/or Small Lagoons 6 years old and above are required to pay a fee of Php 200.00 per adult, per lagoon visit in line with the efforts of the Protected Area Office (PAO) of El Nido-Taytay.

Extra fees as mentioned will be collected at the property.
Guests are required to transfer to the property via El Nido Resoirts boats only and will not be permitted to enter the property if travelling via private boats. Charges will be applied to guests who are unable to check-in as scheduled and include forfeitures for failure to comply with the policy.

Room rates are inclusive of travel insurance for guests 7 - 65 years old. Optional insurance is available for guests under 7 years old.
The number of children sharing shall depend on the maximum capacity per room type.
The property will collect a gala dinner fee for every adult and every child for Christmas Eve and/or New Year's Eve.
The room rates are inclusive of breakfast and complimentary roundtrip boat transfers on regular schedules for guests taking Airswift flights. The room rates do not include airfares. Flight reservations can be made directly through Airswift.

Compulsory Full package supplement of PHP 3600 per adult and PHP 2300 per child will be charged during peak period.
