It is strategically located near the Centro Mall, Xavier University, Stereo De Caravan, and many other attractions. And then, the new dawn hotel plus has a contemporary construction in the city center with simple rooms with free wifi and a cafe and gym facilities. After that, the staff was nice. Besides that, the room was clean.

The room was clean and spacious, comfortable for relaxing after a long journey, but they didn't have toiletries. Close to the city, which is why it's very accessible for shopping. They can transfer to the airport at any time.

This hotel is strategically located near many restaurants and nightclubs. Walking distance from the center. Even for a single standard room, the room was tidy and spacious. Also, this place is quiet without the outside noise. I highly recommend this hotel.

I wouldn't have guessed that this is a good value hotel. The location is in the bustling Diavisoria district, where you will find shops, restaurants and commuting stops. The service is good, the parking space is limited but safe.

stayed for 7 nights. The front desk staff are really helpful and friendly too. I stayed in room 211. And my room floor is wet because the ventilation doesn't work. Hope they fix it. My favorite dishes of rich manor are fried fish and pork ribs

The location is quite close to the city center. The rooms are quite comfortable and have good facilities. The staff is always willing to answer any questions or requests. The view from their rooftop bar is beautiful.

This kind of hotel typically wouldn't boom, but some appeared to be fully booked. Given the relatively low room rate, we had high hopes but it wasn't quite what we needed. Service was variable. Nice front door security, friendly reception staff. I had about 10 service employees in the breakfast room, which was mostly standing around chatting. Breakfast was wiped away without notice. 3 professionally trained service staff can save money and improve service. At night, I heard a man and woman singing who actually weren't that bad, but it was so loud that I couldn't sit in the restaurant. Everyone agreed because it was empty. The room was filthy and dirty, and there was no hot water or safe, which I found disturbing. Acorn was fine, but very loud. Internet was switched on. No good for business and slow. Unexpectedly, the hotel spent 3 weeks in the lobby creating a Christmas village. My advice is to plant a tree and nice lights and save money, noise, and disruption.

I have tried this room with basic cleaning from vertical to horizontal surfaces, a check-in time was very quick, and the bedroom had a desk where I could see my belongings and I have had my wrizzled grins. The room service was nice. The location of this hotel was central do plaza and close to a few restaurants such as fast food chains, a dry market, a bank, and more. The entrance is always guarded making you feel safe. The reception process was fast and quick, just under 10 minutes. The room I tried needed regular housekeeping on all surfaces, and the check-in procedure was quick. I always stay at this hotel for 23 nights. I can say that this hotel continues to improve and responds to the criticisms I constantly left in the room, such as improvements in the lighting in the hallway, and the time when breakfast was served must be one-time, etc. Plate couldn't try their food particularly for breakfast because I had to be on the road at 700 am. Breakfast usually begins at 630 am, but for a few times I stayed here, I never noticed that breakfast was ready before 630 or even at 645. It has a reasonable price due to its location.

At about 1000 am, we arrived in the caravan de Oro, most of the hotels we checked out were completely booked, luckily we found a hotel. The rooms are a bit basic, but we didn't care because we were leaving early anyway. Good points near lifestyle district, friendly staff and very budget friendly.

I booked this hotel on the same day I checked in. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is small but comfortable. The bed and bath linens are new and clean, ac is cool, the hairdryer is unexpected. A coffee shop downstairs serves hot meals. But a bit expensive. The hotel is right beside a shopping mall. Very convenient.

This hotel is very close to malls and establishments. The staff is also very helpful and polite to guests. I am not used to sleeping with only one pillow, and they provided me with more pillows when I asked. Also, if you need hot drinking water, the staff can give it, which is very helpful.

My family and I always visit this hotel overnight we go to Oro City. I'm a worker myself, but I can still remember staying there when I was in elementary school. Its to show that regardless of how many years have passed, the quality of their hotel and service are great. De Lux Hotel has undergone numerous renovations over the years and added a couple function halls. They are great for weddings and other occasions. They have many rooms all the way up to the first level. Don't worry, they have an elevator. A room for 1, 2, 3 or a family, they have it. Choose your own. We usually stay in their very spacious and comfortable quad room. A restaurant on the ground floor serves free breakfast to hotel visitors. The parking lot at the front can accommodate a few cars but the back can accommodate many. The front desk staff, guards, and bellhop are always friendly and helpful. They have a huge lounge area close to the front desk which I adore. The only negative I have about this hotel is when two events, particularly weddings, booked on the same day. There are guests that are respectful and don't make much noise but have a tendency to get enraged in the hallways and can disturb other hotel guests. There is even times when kids keep playing with the elevator. They kept going up and down or simply stayed on a floor but kept

We can easily locate locations using technology. Maps apps. This time, me fell short. When I stumbled upon this motel's location, it pointed me to another location. Fortunately, I didn't argue with the taxi driver who brought me to this hotel. The hotel's surrounding is poor. It is located on the fringes of the public market. So anticipate a stack of garbage along the trip. Despite it's unquestionably older structure, the hotel's facade is lovely. Although the lobby says there is no internet connection, the staff is courteous, so I'm not allowed to use the internet for work. The room is fairly good. I stayed for five days. I called the lobby to confirm that it would be on request since the linen and towel were untouched on the second day. Another major disappointment for me. They didn't inform me that I should inform them to make up my room. Other hotels are automatically setting up their rooms. A night market is right outside the hotel, which is a positive feature. Get the no-ang street foods. Reserve at your own risk.

We will suggest this hotel. It was a pleasant stay. The staff are very pleasant, they even reserved us water rafting for the company that offers it. Our room is very spacious and clean. But we hope they at least provide free bottled water for guests, as most hotels do. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

The personnel is very attentive, courteous, and helpful. They always keep a grin on their face. The rooms are spotless. This is my first time staying at a Red Planet hotel. And I'm pleased. It was greater than I expected. The internet connection was the only issue I encountered. It occasionally disseminates. The service is excellent in general. If there is another opportunity, I'll most certainly return to the same hotel.

I stayed here because I liked the nature of the center of the hotel, as the room is tiny and has a low ceiling. The room I was in was adequate. The room I also stayed in was just average or much below my expectations. There are some toiletries, the room is very old, and the air conditioning is a bit noisy. The restaurant is the good thing about this hotel, there is also a good menu, this includes the band, too.

This hotel is close to the city center, making it very challenging to reach my destination. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and even responsive in the app. Next time I visit, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
