LATAGAW RESIDENTIAL HOMESTAY (Private Room only)

By checking the box, I agree to abide by the establishment's rules and regulations. Violation of the following will result in civil or criminal liability, or both, on my part as a guest/guest.



1. Any form of damage/s to the room or any part of the premises caused by the guest or his/her visitor/pets etc. will be paid by him or her in full with the repair cost, including labor and the lost income brought by the damage and repair.



2. Permanently staining or damaging the bedsheets, pillowcase, towels, and blanket will be paid for by the guest.

3.I promise to be respectful and refrain from any form of harassment or engage in any form of activity that is contradictory to law, morals, public policy, or tranquility against other guests or the owner.

4. The owner/staff/s may enter the room if the rental period already expired or there is a suspicion of illegal activity.

5. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE ROOM! PENALTY Php. 10,000.

6. No loud noise/s after 10pm

7. The owner reserves the right to legally evict any guest/guests who may violate the above rules and regulations by the establishment.

Any dispute arising from violation of this contract shall only be brought before the Municipal Trial Court of General Luna. If the subject matter is not cognizable by such court, then the Regional Trial Court Branch 31 of Dapa Surigao del Norte shall hold jurisdiction of such dispute.
