Present a valid ID and a security deposit to the host upon check-in. The security deposit is refundable upon checkout.

Please care for your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee (Php 300.00 per key).

Please care for the furnishings. You have to pay for damages (or wall stains) that exceed the security deposit.

Strictly no smoking inside the unit including the CR. You can smoke on the balcony.

No parties and events.

A small, potty-trained pet is allowed. Please be a responsible pet owner and maintain cleanliness inside the agoda.

No outdoor shoes and slippers inside the unit (hotel slippers are available).

No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 6 people.

Quiet time after 11pm.

Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the unit. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests.

Dispose of the tissue and garbage in a trash bin. Take the trash out before you leave.

No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
