LES SARFENELLE TRANSIENTS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We require a valid contact information from the guest including complete name, address, phone number and signature. The names of all guest occupying the room must be registered.
Information regarding your license plate/car description is also gathered at check in for security
Upon check-in, the management shall obtain ₱1000.00 security deposit fee and government ID from the guests which will be returned if all appliances upon check- out are in good condition
The management is NOT LIABLE for any loss or damage of personal property and shall NOT be liable for any accident or injury. Please secure your belongings. Rates do not cover insurance at any sort, so guests are advised to take precautions.
Check-in time is at 2:00PM, Check out time is at 11:00AM.
Only 1 hour of extension will be given and with a charge of ₱1,000.00 If you wish to check in early, an additional fee equal to 50% of your room rate will be charged for checking-in between 5AM-1PM
Well behaved children of all ages are welcome. Children ages 5 and under can stay for free when sharing a room with one or more paying adult(s) using existing beddings. You are personally and legally responsible for and MUST supervise them at all times. For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended or allow them to roam around the property especially at the verandas/balcony unsupervised.
“Clean or at least tidy as you go”
Cooking is allowed as long as you clean after use
For short term transients, please know that we are an environmentally conscious transient homes. Change of beddings and towels are done ONLY ON THE 3rd day of stay and extra set of beddings will be charged.
Long term transients will be charged for change of beddings and towels as well as cleaning.
Smoking inside the premises is STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
Penalty of ₱1,500.00 per offense will be charged. Candle, incense. Etc are PROHIBITED.
This items and activities will be treated as smoking and the guests may be evicted with NO REFUND.
Please return your keys to the management/ staff before departing. Lost keys will be charged at ₱800.00/piece.
Be respectful of other guests. Limit noise as per Baguio City Silent Night Ordinance.
Quiet hours are at 10PM - 8AM.
Conserve energy.
Switch off lights, electric fan, TV and other electrical appliances
At the designated check-out time, kindly give our staff at least 10 minutes to check your room
Missing/damaged items will be charged.
Dispose your waste properly.
Rooms left in an uninhabitable state for incoming guests( pungent smell, excessive mess, vandalism will be charged a full night of stay.
NO VISITORS after 10:00PM. Guests must notify the management upon arrival of your visitors.
Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guests at all times
Undeclared guests who wish to stay will pay an extra charge with a minimum of ₱799.00-₱1,099.00
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON(s) THAT MAY VIOLATE CITY LAWS. LES SARFENELLE MAY REMOVE A PERSON, WITHOUT REFUND WHO REFUSES TO ABIDE BY THE REASONABLE STANDARDS AND POLICIES ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF BAGUIO AND THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS BUILDING.
