I would recommend that anyone in manila stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly. Budget hotel with nice rooms. More of a boutique hotel more. I was upgraded to the pent room on the top floor, spacious room and bathroom.

The beds were excellent, and they were quite cozy. Our first room was replaced with a damp room due to fungus in the ceiling. The staff was friendly, the rooms were spotless.

The location is highly recommended. All areas are easily accessible. The area is not particularly busy, and the street is known for its car repairs. Fast food chains are close by. Jeepneys are always accessible at all times. In the evening, the area feels serene and quiet.

Although there is no breakfast included in the price, they are more than happy to assist you in placing a fastfood delivery order. The rooms are tidy but quite small. Even though the air conditioner broke down once, the staff promptly fixed it. Toilets are spotless. Bath soap and toothbrushes were provided. On request, housekeeping is available. However, its still acceptable.

Excellent beds, thicker beds and a pleasant, welcoming, and helpful staff. We were given reassigned king beed room because the ceiling had been damaged by water. They did everything in their power to make us happy and secured us refurbished twin beds with soft beds for the people of the philippines, which is why we made the hotel reservation in the first place. During our twoday stay, we neglected to change the towels, but otherwise, everything was fine.
