i like that it's right next to SM City Legazpi mall, only a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel entrance... and if that's not close enough, guess what? Yashano Mall shares the same building as the hotel, and the hotel lobby has a door that directly enters the mall and supermarket

As always we enjoyed our stay in Lotus blue hotel. Staff are always kind and helpful, room clean, very comfy bed, amenities always there for your immediate needs. SM mall is just a few walks away, where lots of choices of restaurants . Transportation is accessible. Will always be coming back, it’s our home away from home.

The inside of the hotel is very modern and upscale compared to how things look all around - it was beyond what i had expected. The staff was friendly and did their best to let me check in early; meanwhile the check out process was very fast and hassle free - no surprise charges or anything like that.

The manager was promt in returning my emails before my trip. Has a free shuttle from/to the airport. Has a free breakfast. Front desk found me/family a good ride going to the hot spots/tourist spots. On my return going to the tour. The staff provided a packing tape for my big box full of goodies to bring back home. Staff were always smiling, welcoming, and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel. They would take care of you as if you are family!

Great location close to many malls, also connected to one. We requested to be picked up at the airport and, after having our flight delayed numerous times, the hotel still managed to pick us up on time. They also helped us book a half-day tour to see the major sites around Legazpi. Hotel staff was kind and very helpful. The room was very clean, my only issue being that the shower would occasionally flood and spill onto the bathroom floor due to inadequate drainage design. Breakfast was good. WiFi connection wasn't the greatest, but the staff did try to help whenever an issue arose. You just have to continuously try to connect sometimes, and it'll take a few minutes.

This hotel is close to malls and restaurants. They have free airport transfers which is a plus. The rooms are contemporary in design and clean. They could do better in terms of wifi connection especially at this day and age.

Good location; within shopping and dining areas. Generally clean, but you need to read well the "Welcome Letter" as it provides specific instructions that guests must press the "Make Up My Room" button at the panel board near the door if you want your room cleaned. Otherwise, you'll return to your room that way you left it, as they will not touch anything including trash. If you forgot to this, you can request cleaning and they can to it ultra-fast within the hour. Bed and linens are new and comfortable to use. Air-conditioning is working well. Breakfast is tied to a local café at the 2nd floor of the building. Guests can pre-order for next day's meals from a choice of any of the 4 rice meals or 3 sandwich meals. You need to come in early as service may take a while if guests flock in at the same time. There's also free airport transfers and communication with the front desk was good. It's been a relaxing 3-night vacation for us.

Very modern and comfortable inside. Nice aircon and tv. It had a very classy leather chair as well. You can see Mt. Mayon out the window if you look sideways. Only minor negatives: Not hot enough water in shower and there is no switch to turn off the entrance light. You or housekeeping has to stand on a chair and unplug it.
