NUMBER of GUESTS. Total number of guests booked should reflect actual number of guests staying. We need IDs to send to security. Also, please inform us if you are having visitors. Security in the building is strict and guards may bar them.
FEE FOR EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT: We found out that utilities were higher because we always accommodated early check in. Thus, there is now an additional P100 per hour if you want to go in before 3pm. Time availability will also depend on guests before you. This also applies to late check out.
CANCELLATION POLICY / ALTERING DATES. We have a strict cancellation policy with agoda and we uphold it. We advise guests to purchase their own travel insurance to anticipate need. Also, we only allow entire alteration of dates at least 2 weeks or 14 days before check in date. Only extension of check out date is also allowed thereafter.
LONG STAYS: You can control energy consumption more. Thus, there is a deposit of P5,000 per month for electricity if you’d like to book for 24 days or more. Excess will be transferred via agoda after we get specific bill for the month.
FOOD Cooking of dried fish is absolutely not allowed in the unit. The smell sticks everywhere. Furthermore, please do not bring other smelly items like durian inside.
CLEANLINESS CLEAN AS YOU GO. Kindly throw garbage properly and hang towels in the comfort room properly after use. Also, wash dishes and don't leave mucky floors please. We'll have to charge an extra P500 for the cleaning staff to deep clean the unit if left too unruly. If your accumulated garbage is too much, please throw it out at the garbage area outside (please ask lobby personnel). There are also generally some extra garbage bags and cleaning tools on the kitchen cabinet.
ENERGY CONSERVATION: To help save this earth and us, please conserve energy. Remember to switch off the following before leaving the condo: Water heater, Air conditioning, Lights
KEY and LOCK. If for some reason you get locked out of the room and we are too far from the area, please approach the security guard and have them call a Key Master. The lock picker will charge you P700 for the service. Also, if you lose the key (please don’t), we’ll have to charge P5,000 for a new lock and duplicate.
WEAR AND TEAR/STAINS. Normal wear and tear on furniture is fine. But if you stain them or the sheets, kindly pay for particular laundry or cleaning. Sheets cost P500 each for stains like chocolate, blood, etc. if they can’t be helped by laundromat, we’ll have to charge for the entire amount of stained sheet.
FRIENDS AND FAMILY. We do understand you are on a vacation and occasional friends and family might want to come over. Please accommodate them in the lobby below ONLY. For bldg health safety, only listed guests are allowed to come up. Otherwise, you’d have to register and pay for them too as extra guests with us. Thank you.
NO SMOKING. Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. Guests will be penalised with P5,000 minimum if found violating.
EVENTS. Please understand that we are a second home and not a party venue. If found violating, guests will be banned and charged P5,000 minimum so please consider.
TROPICAL LIFE. We are in a tropical country. On rare occasions, a couple of ants and mosquitoes may visit. If you get annoyed with them, please let us know so we can help you zap them out.
INTERNET. Internet is important so we have it as a free amenity for guests. Please understand though that wifi capability solely depends with the service provider and their strength in the area. Rest assured though that you can surf and watch Netflix for your vacation. However, downloading many gigabytes all at once might be a problem.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITIES. Guests are responsible for their own and others in the accommodation, amenities and the surrounding vicinity. If you especially have children, please keep them away from electric sources and windows. The host shall not be liable to the booked guests' invitees, family, employees, agents, servants, or other occupants of the premises for any personal injuries or damage to property caused by defects, disrepair, or faulty construction of the premises, or loss from theft, vandalism, fire, water, electric shock, hurricane, rain, explosion, or other causes whatsoever unless the same is caused solely by the gross negligence or willful act or willful omission of the host.
