The grounds are stately. The view beautiful. Rooms are clean and beachy decor. If they updated grout in shower it would look perfect. Food was delicious. Relaxing , serene resort

Well, I would definitely stay there again. The rooms are good. The food is okay. It was SO nice getting breakfast at the restaurant just next door to our rooms. Not much selection, but eggs, bacon, toast, and coffee are good enough to get my day going. The pool was heavily. Lots of things on the main menu are not in stock. Otherwise, there’s nothing to compare in Argao. For around $50 a night, it’s a good value. Thank you Angel for your patience. Yes, the staff is the star of this property.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great pool and pool area. Restaurant food was very good. This was our second stay here. Only two negatives during our one week stay: Breakfast at the cafe was the same every morning and the walls were not sound proof enough.

I stayed here twice. With my boys and ny husband. The staff were so helpful! The place is really good esp when you can see the sunrise! The shower was my concern but it did not really bother me a lot.

This is a gem with the most beautiful pool ever. The service is exceptional, everyone is so friendly and always wanting to help you. We had only planned to stay a day and it ended up being three. We totally loved it!

When we got there and walked around the property early, we felt the warmth of the place until it was time to say goodbye. Every Mayo employee we encountered throughout our early walk, as well as the pool attendant late at night, were very polite and accommodating. There were lots of friendly and kind words. They also observed that when they greeted them, they would always bring warmth to their eyes. We had a small hot water and cable issue. They asked us to switch to another room without a hitch. Our little issue was treated like a major issue. It was a gesture that we greatly enjoyed. The check-in and check-out processes weren't too hurried. They took their time. When they spoke, they looked us in the eye. It was the nicest moment ever to speak with someone behind the counter with the utmost care and warmth. I was aware that they had recently returned. Their menu wasn't that awful, but I'm sure there will be more options for vegans and vegetarians in the future. Ordering dinner was also not an issue. They made it very convenient even if our room didn't have a phone to call room service. The wifi signal was great! I'm ready to face reality and energized. Dashing salami mayo!.

I hardly ever will return. The price was not good enough to justify it. Pros of a lovely picture-worthy meal, a shady pool, a sizable space, and a neat design The location of the room is distant from the pool was an inconvenience. If you had not a job to do, you had to call them via rp. If you had no phone to call, then breakfast would have been served. There aren't many options pool area has no shade. Side trees are not present. The sunburn: At peak hours from 10 am to 3 pm, it's too hot. Sunburn: Hello, there aren't any apartments close to the pool, but their villa Knight, which they call, does not have many amenities. Just the beach and pool, so I asked for housekeeping because they only provided one thin floor rug. The front desk inquired why do I need housekeeping for the first time ever.

This hotel is great. This place is suitable for short breaks and the price is worth it. This hotel is spacious and clean. The pool facilities are impressive, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay there.

I will return with a family room. They were so friendly and professional. The pool condition was so dirty, the room was so spacious. The bed was so hard and the linens weren't very nice. The family room that we stayed in was so spacious and wellkept. They also provide a chlorine shock system to make the color turn to blue. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was so spacious and well decorated. The room that my sister and her husband stayed in was so basic, the mattress was also so hard and the linen was not comfortable. Hopefully the hotel can improve on this. The bathroom was so clean, although it would be nice to add some more towels. I hope the pool is maintained in pristine condition.

a Happy christmas at the Mayo Hotel. The whole place was just instagramable. The structures were well thought out. We did take a road trip just locating the entrance, though. We had a rainy christmas Eve, but the food was a comfort for a rainy night. The breakfast buffet was satisfying and the staff was also attentive. A great place to enjoy with family and friends! Although there was a typhoon, we enjoyed our stay.

Believe it or not the room was exactly how the pictures showed. I’m not sure but I think it’s the exact same room. They took pictures of. It was very clean very organized. The air-conditioning was extremely comfortable to cold. The bed and the linens were comfortable. The only thing I would say about the room was the water pressure was not as good as I would like, but I would recommend this location and it is very nice. I would recommend the location. It is very nice and very beautiful. The outside of the building could probably be but have better maintenance as in paint. Like how many reviews there is one thing that I do will mention is that you can’t hear the neighbors and when someone walks in front of your room to go to their room, you could actually hear the footsteps and talking. This hotel is actually located in a section of a residential area. It’s a closed off residential area and the rooms are in the back of the housing units. They are private houses similar to town houses that’s one of the reasons why the reception area is so far away from the rooms. Now saying that I actually had my girlfriend and her son stay there, and she told me that she actually felt very safe in the area when she was walking around going to the beach and the pool area. The grounds are very well kept and at night time they’re lit up very pretty.

Our stay was excellent except that they have no landline to reach the front desk. It waw raining and we had to walk to the front desk to reach them. We wanted to swim that night but the staff said that the pool lights were broken. Other than that, we had an excellent stay. We would stay in Maayo again. We love the pool!!!
