Makati Unit near malls/restos w/ Netflix/Wifi/Pool

1. Upon booking, the host will coordinate with you for all the names of guests to be registered for the use of amenities.
2. This is a NON-SMOKING property.
3. Cooking is not allowed in the unit, but you may use the microwave, kettle and rice cooker.
4. No pets allowed.
5. No parties allowed. Please refrain from having loud sounds/music so as not to bother the neighbors.
6. Please throw all garbages inside the trash bins located in the bathroom and kitchen.
7. Please conserve energy by turning off airconditioner and other electronic appliances that will not be used when going out of the unit.
8. When using the shower heater, ensure that the faucet lever is fully opened, then wait for a few minutes for the water temperature to stabilize to the desired setting. It will automatically turn off when the faucet is closed.
9. Pools are open from 6am to 10pm and are free to use. Kiddie pools are sometimes closed due to maintenance. Please ensure that you have submitted guest names to the host for registration to use the pools. This is located at the 6th floor.
10. The gym is open from 6am to 930pm and requires a fee of Php 100 per session per person. If you wish to use the gym, kindly inform the host for the registration. This is also located at the 6th floor.
11. The indoor playarea for kids is open from 6am to 8pm and only allows kids up to 4 feet tall. Kids and guardians are required to be wearing socks to enter the playarea. This is also located at the 6th floor.
12. All amenities are closed on Mondays for maintenance.
13. Overnight pay parking is available within the condominium building but subject to availability. Other option is in Makati Cinema Square pay parking.
