10. Margie’s Home is a Homestay, guests are expected to clean the kitchen, sala, garden and the dishes after usage. We reiterate that kitchen, sala, dining are all public and common areas and guests may interact with other guests or the owners.
1. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00AM;
11. Decency should be observed even if guest will book the whole house exclusively. Half naked guest is not allowed to roam in shared spaces like living, dining, sala, parking and garden.

3. Margie’s Home is absolutely a NO SMOKING/NO VAPING zone. Guests may smoke outside the home. Guests who are found to have smoked in any of our rooms and inside the building shall be penalized. We reserve the right to eject guests who are found violating this rule.
6. Please don't unplug any electronic devices at the rooms. It might affect the wifi programming of alarm systems, locks and sensors. Need for additional outlets can be provided.

4. Cooking, eating, drinking are not allowed at our rooms. Usage of kitchen is free where guests can drink and dine.
5. Use of kettle is allowed for free if requested. Use of refrigerator is also free. Cooking is allowed for a fee of P200 per cooking session.
7. Partying, noisy activities, loud chitchats, boisterous laugh are discouraged as it might disturb the valuable peace and restful nights of neighbors and other guests. Lights off is urged after
