UNIT RULES:

1. Strictly No Smoking/Vaping inside the unit/balcony (PENALTY: Php 2000).

2. No Pets Allowed. This is a building policy. (Penalty will be incurred once violated)

3. No Free Parking. Pay parking only - 350/night (requires reservation. Pls let us know if you need one )

4. No unpaid guests allowed. Only the number of paid guests included in the booking will stay.
➤ Children aged 5 and below are free.
➤ Please inform us if you will have an additional guest.

5. No Cooking of Strong-Smelling Foods Kindly avoid cooking food with strong odors (e.g., dried fish or daing).

6. Towels Must Not Be Used as Rags
PLS do not use bath towels for cleaning or as rags. If used improperly, you will be charged & may take it home, as it can no longer be reused by other guests.

7. Drinking Water Not Provided (you can purchase it easily at a nearby convenience/grocery stores)

8. For any missing keys, elevator access cards, or damaged/broken items, corresponding charges will apply.

9. Units are NOT air-conditioned, electric fan provided.
