We would like to be sustainable by encouraging our guests to conserve water and electric energy. They may do so by turning the water faucets off, lights, aircon or any devices off, when not in use or when guests are outside the apartment.

Guests may request for a 'make up' of the room via approaching the front desk, if you see any of our onsite staff, via the agoda portal or via direct message to any of the staffs/caretakers, on their preferred time of the day.
We would like our guest to have fun inside the unit and the common areas as long as it does not disturb our neighbors in the community and other guests inside our property. Quiet Hours is observed from 10pm to 8am.
Boracay Island has an existing ordinance with regards to the segregation of rubbish/wastes. As there are 2-3 trash bins provided in each of our units, we highly encourage our guests to participate in this initiative. If you plan on cooking your own meals inside the apartment, you may help us by putting compostable wastes (i.e. food wastes) in one trash bin while other rubbish such as non-compostable wastes (i.e. plastic, paper, etc.) in another trash bin. May we also request that you put your sanitary wastes (i.e. toilet tissue papers, napkins, diapers, if any, etc.) in the trash bin inside the toilet. This helps us in ensuring that our sanitary pipes are free from any obstructions which may prevent leaks and other kinds of water interruptions.
3. Quiet Hours:
For safety and security purposes, all guests of our booked guests should register at the front desk.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. But you may do so, in the common areas which are identified as designated areas for smoking.
