HOUSE RULES
1. You can use microwave-safe plates only, please check the back of the plates.
2. No Smoking inside and outside the unit (penalty PHP 1000)
3. Observe quiet hours 11 pm to 7 am
4. All trash is to be placed in the garbage area located at the ground floor, the glass door next to the elevator, and waste plastic is properly tied up. Please don't leave your trash outside the unit door or hallway.
5. Food and other deliveries are allowed, but you must pick them up from the lobby.
6. No cleaning between stays. Upon request cleaning charges at PHP 600.
7. NO PETS allowed inside the unit

AMENITIES

For pool access:
Maximum of 2 guests only
Pool Rates: Regular days - 150 pesos per head Holidays - 300 pesos per head.
Pool stubs can be bought from the admin office.

Pools are open every day, from 6am to 6pm.

Overnight Charges: (1:30 am-6:30 am)
Php 300 + Parking rates

Lost Ticket/ Damage Card Penalty:
Php 300 + Parking rate

LATE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
1. Depending on availability, early check-in and late check-out charge is PHP 150/hour. This has to be communicated in advance with us.
