House Rules
Safety Rules
1. No Smoking
2. No incense or any fire hazards.
3. No drugs or possesion of drugs on the premises
4. No firearms
5. No underage drinking and no drunkeness
6. No parties or big gathering
Bathroom Rules
1. Clean sink and tub for each use
2. Do not clutter shampoo or tissue paper in the toilet.
Kithen Rules.
1. Plates,Glass, Spoon and work are provided
2. Clean all dishes,pots and pans every after use. do not leave them in the sink or
on the counter.
3. wipe counter and sink after usage
4. empty trash daily. the garbage room is available every floor near elevator area.
Security Rules
1. Keep The main door locked at all times.
2. do not let strangers in the house
3. call security immediately when anything suspicious occurs.
General rules.
1. No pets allowed.
2. No holes in the wall to hang pictures etc.
3. Show consideration to the other guest/tenant in regard to music
or other noise.
4. the guest shall maintain the premises in a clean condition at all times
do not leave any clutter in the common areas.
5. Clean as you go
6. turn off all the electricty when not use.
7. unplug all devices before leaving for the day to avoid risk of short circuits or fire.
