Upon booking and check-in please follow below instructions.

Kindly send us the Guest(s) names and ID's for us to send an email confirmation to property admin.

REQUEST FOR I.D.
As our standard policy for the arriving guest(s) we would require each and everyone to send a scan/xerox copy of any of the following;
*National ID/s
*Passport/s
*Driver's License
*Travelling Visa (if Foreigner)
*Any Government I.D/s


Here are some instructions for your stay;
1. Upon arrival please inform the Guard that you are the Guest of Ms. Maecha Diamante and present your ID for verification.
2. For security damages purposes, Guest(s) is required to pay security deposit Amounting to Php. 2,000.00 thru GCash/bank transfer in which do you prefer (this is upon arrival).

And please take note that security deposit will be given back once the unit check within 24-48hrs after your time of check-out in case without any damages/loss from the unit. However, if there's any damages/loss, the accountable amount will be charge to the guests depends on how much the total damages or loss from the unit.

*Check-in: 2:00 PM
*Check-out: 11:00 PM


5. The Wifi password and Netflix Account as shown images sent.
6. Please don’t used elevator after using pool or dry yourself first before using elevator.
7. Avoid noisy/roaming around in hallway to avoid disturbance to other tenants.
8. The Guest require to call/inform the host minimum 1 hour before check-out for preparation and checking purposes.
