We had a great experience during our visit. We stayed at their Sta. Teresa Villa and it gave us the best view of both the lake and the mountain, which made the place worthy. Also, because the resort's location is somewhat secluded, it provided us with the peace and quiet we were looking for.

Went with a group of friends and had a wonderful villa with a private pool. The villa was very pleasant and contemporary and a great place to spend our gathering with great views. But the restaurant menu is terrible. Basic$3 rice dishes and most dishes were not available no bacon or ham for breakfast. Hotdog with undercooked toast and small portions of silo dishes. Its not up to the standards of the resorts prices listed. We were made to order breakfast the night before. The restaurant vibe and quality are completely disconnected from the quality of the villas and really lower the overall rating for the place, making the overall experience not worth the price. Paying the prices listed, we would expect a complete service with quality food choices. Would not recommend staying more than one night unless you bring your own dishes to cook at the villa. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I thought this experience was worth the wait after a year of not traveling for a vacation. These are my thoughts. What I liked 1. We received the sta. Teresa villa, which was spacious and capable of accommodating 68 people. 2. Two eating spaces are available, one within the villa and the other nearby the pool. The outdoor dining space is ideal for brew sessions and other sporting activities. 3. The setting is mostly adequate for our needs. It includes a kitchen refrigerator, kettle, microwave, plates, cups, cutlery, and glasses, the living room, and dining room. 4. Most of the appliances and amenities are new. 5. Toiletries are provided, especially towels for bathing and swimming. 6. The location is spotless, especially the bathrooms. There are two baths and toilets, one toilet. 7. The sala's aircorn has mosquito repellent. 8. Air sanitizer and mosquito repellant. 9. It has an average-sized indoor infinity pool with excellent views of the mountains and the tall volcano. Lots of freebies. 3. 500 consumable. free bottle of red wine. Free breakfast with additional dishes and a large bowl of macaroni soup. Customer service was excellent. Checking in and out was straightforward. The staff are proactive in providing help with nearly everything, including bringing our luggage, preparing for our supper, and providing us with an ice bucket. 1. There is

The talisay cabin room is almost perfect.. we only have one issue: lack of privacy for couples like us..the room glass is just a little tinted.. it should have blinds or curtain at least bec sometimes staff will be there to clean the place or deliver food and they can see us from outside... we enjoyed our stay regardless.. and food is delicious! Love the private heated pool in the room we chose! ❤️👌 staff was really accomodating and friendly! Thank you noni’s for making our wedding anniversary memorable!

The view was breathtaking! It’s a place where you can take a break from the city life and enjoy the beauty of nature. The resort is a litte far from other places though so you’re forced to buy from them. I suggest you bring some food upon your stay.

Though relaxing, much remains to be desired in terms of food and in the way receptionists answer questions.

during the several items on the menu are unavailable and your too far from anything else to eat. pool needs more attention to clean out leads and bugs through the day.

Hot water heater started to smoke and spark. Hotel told us that they would replace it the next morning but they never did. Makes you worry a bit when electrical items act that way, definitely is a fire risk. And since they never moved us or replaced the water heater we had to take cold, cold showers in cold weather. Not exactly fun ...
