We will definitely return. The location is excellent, close to both mandarin and makati (we just used grab to get to places to avoid parking issues). The room was fantastic! Very roomy, spotless, and wellappointed. We adore how the his and hers wash basin is set up, with the shower and toilet separated from one another so that different people can do their jobs at once. In the minikitchenette, there was also a microwave oven and a separate wash basin. The view was also fantastic, especially at night. The room was immaculate, and the pillows and sheets were really cozy. The dining area and the childrens play area were tastefully designed, especially the latter, which was such eye candy. The only area for improvement would probably be the breakfast options, which seemed a little limited. Dessert didnt appear to be there either, or perhaps i just couldnt locate it then. Overall, though, we had a wonderful stay and it was excellent value for the money. The staff was also very respectful, polite, and extremely helpful.

That’s my Guy Jamal! ALL staff ( from the Security guards, House keeping, Front desk, Restaurant crew and Managers )are very friendly and accommodating! The unit we rented for 3 weeks is what we needed during our stay. Dial 0 and they will do whatever they can to make your stay worthwhile. We will definitely go to this place next time we visit Manila.

I would definitely return and heartily suggest this location. Modern hotel with lovely architecture, a fantastic riverfront location, and easy access to rockwell mall on foot. The room is spotless and has contemporary and upscale amenities. The bed and pillows are really cozy. I slept soundly. A major benefit is that it is also very peaceful. The kitchenette with a minifridge, sink, and microwave is fantastic. I ate all of my meals at a neighborhood restaurant just outside the compound. The neighborhood is very charming, and i definitely took the time to walk, see, and interact with the locals. This hotel is very lovely, especially the view of the buildings of makati from my window.

I reserved a onenight stay as i had a layover in manila as an Accor hotel platinum member. I was graciously given an upgrade to a lovely suite and was granted a late checkout (7.00 pm, which has been greatly appreciated! The hotel is excellent, with a nice pool overlooking the city and a nice small gym for a workout! There arent many options for breakfast, so it could be improved. I appreciate the teams kind welcome.

I stayed in a suite room for 3 nights with our furry friend. The hotel is pet friendly which is what i love the most! The team and staff are all friendly and accommodating! 5 stars overall! Keep up the good work!.

Our brief visit was enjoyable, the kids had a good time, and it was our kittys first staycation, making it even more special for us, especially when he was welcomed. We all adored the pool area, and the food was also excellent, except for the lengthy wait - the restaurants restaurant was understaffed during dinner. However, in general, we would still return.

The staff and staff were very nice, including the welcoming guards, lobby staff, and restaurant waiters and servers. The room was very spacious, clean, and the toilet had a partition of the shower room. The hallway was well lit. The view of the skyline and rockwell from the outside was also very beautiful. The pool was very inviting, although it was smaller than the usual pool at other hotels ive checked in before. But the view was very amazing and nice.

We stayed in the premier suite for 2 nights with 1 king bed. The room was spacious and we especially loved the bathroom! You can enjoy the beautiful sunset from the large bathtub. It was a bit disappointed that the website says check in at 2 pm, but at 4 pm our room was still not ready. Apart from that, it was a great stay!.

The hotel is brand new, clean, and well maintained. The service of the staff, from concierge to reception to housekeeping, is exceptional. I am happy to always stay here. Its very close to the cbd and not too crowded like other hotels.

I would recommend it for business trips to manila. I stayed with my coworkers for a week for a work trip and had a great time there. All of your staff were nice and helpful, especially those in charge of the meeting room on the sixth floor. My room was beautiful and comfortable both for working and relaxing, and i liked the view from my room too. The gym was small but wellequipped so i could still keep my workout routine with not too advanced sets. I loved the swimming pool and the playground where the kids could see the pool through the glass. It would be nice to bring my young daughter there next time. The reason for the score of 9 instead of 10 was because of my 2 meals. One dinner i ordered grilled salmon and a glass of chardonnay, white was served first but then the kitchen said they were out of salmon and because i was having white i didnt want to change for a steak so in the end i had some pasta, it was good but still not very satisfied. Another meal was during lunch, i had some salmon belly soup with rice and some raw rice so i ended up eating mostly the soup. It was even worse than the previous dinner. But my other meals were fine, and the coffee was also good.
