At On Board Panglao Beach Hostel and Resort, we offer affordable accommodations with a magnificent ocean view, making your beach getaway both relaxing and budget-friendly. Located in Libaong, Panglao, just steps from the beautiful Dumaluan Beach, our property features a garden, terrace, bonfire gazebo, and a cozy restaurant and bar with minimalist tropical interiors. We are nestled along Panglao’s longest and most famous 3km stretch of public white sand beach, and within easy reach of natural attractions such as Hinagdanan Cave (10.3 km) and the Tarsier Conservation Area (48 km). 🚧 Important Access Information: Due to ongoing legal proceedings regarding our main access road, the resort is not accessible by car or tricycle. Guests will be dropped off at a public parking area (free of charge), and from there it's about a 10–12 minute walk via a rocky, rough downhill path and beachfront trail. 🛵 Only motorbikes can access the resort directly. 🪧 Signage is posted along the way to help guide you. 💼 Have luggage or need help walking? No worries — our staff is happy to assist you. Just let us know in advance and we’ll be there to help you from the drop-off point. For guests traveling with toddlers or senior citizens, we highly recommend ensuring they are fully informed about the road conditions before booking. Rest assured, we are happy to assist with your luggage upon arrival. The walk to the property takes approximately 10-12 minutes.We are currently offering a SOFT OPENING PROMO, and while we are still in this phase, our rooms are fully operational. Additionally, our beachfront area is completely accessible, featuring sunbeds, umbrellas, and outdoor bed furniture for you to relax and enjoy.We are excited to welcome you and look forward to meeting you soon! The property provides a free pick-up service from Tagbilaran City Port for all room types except Bungalow Triple and Single Bed in Mixed Dormitory Room. Airport transfer is available at an additional charge of PHP 500 for 1-3 Persons or PHP 1500 for a car.
