Abandoned Articles ⦁ The resort will not be held responsible for any abandoned articles left behind by a guest after checking out.⦁ Abandoned items will be kept for a maximum of three (3) months. After this period, the items will be disposed of or donated unless prior instructions are given.

Gambling
⦁ Gambling of any form is prohibited within the resort. A Php 5,000.00 fine will be imposed if any gambling-related activities are detected, and all associated paraphernalia will be confiscated in accordance with RA 9287.
Pets and Animals
⦁ Pets and animals are not allowed within the resort premises.
Firearms and Bladed Weapons
⦁ Firearms, bladed weapons, and any dangerous items are not permitted on the resort property for the safety and well-being of all guests.
Minors
⦁ Minors (under 18 years old) must be accompanied by an adult at the time of check-in. Unaccompanied minors will not be allowed to check-in. Swimming Pool
⦁ The swimming pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Guests are expected to follow all posted pool rules for safety and hygiene.
No Food and Drinks Allowed Inside the Resort
⦁ For the comfort of all guests and to maintain the cleanliness of the resort, food and drinks brought from outside are not allowed in any indoor areas of the resort.
⦁ Corkage Fee - A 35% corkage fee will be charged for any food or drinks brought into the resort. This fee is applied to the total value of the items and is mandatory.
⦁ Special Exceptions - Exceptions to this rule may be made for guests with specific dietary needs or medical conditions. Please contact the management team in advance for approval.
⦁ Cooking in guest rooms is strictly prohibited. This policy is in place to maintain room cleanliness and ensure guest safety.
Conduct and Behavior
⦁ We ask all guests to maintain respectful behavior within the resort, including guest rooms and public spaces such as corridors, lounges, and restaurants.
⦁ Please observe quiet and considerate conduct at all times to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
⦁ Respect for Fellow Guests We ask all guests to respect this policy to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or further action as deemed necessary
Children 0-7 years old are only allowed to use the pool (kids).

Identification Requirements
⦁ A valid government-issued ID or passport must be presented upon check-in. This is mandatory for verification and security purposes.
Late Check-Out Policy
⦁ Late check-outs are subject to availability.
For check-outs between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM, a 50% charge of the Best Available Rate will apply.
For check-outs beyond 6:00 PM, the full room rate will be charged.
Lost Key/Key Card
⦁ In the event of a lost key or key card, a replacement fee of Php 1,500.00 per item will be charged.
Payment Terms
⦁ Full payment is required upon check-in prior to your stay.
⦁ A Cash Incidental Deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable upon check-out. -Deposit Amount: Php 2,000.00 per room per night. -No Deposit Claim Slip. No Refund Policy.
Smoking Policy
⦁ Smoking inside guest rooms is strictly prohibited. If any signs of smoking are detected, a Php 5,000.00 cleaning fee will be automatically charged.
⦁ Guests are encouraged to use the designated smoking areas located within the resort. Non-compliance may result in penalties as per Republic Act (RA 9211) of the Philippines.
Valuables and Security
⦁ Safety Deposit Boxes are available in each room for securing valuables.
⦁ The resort is not liable for any loss of personal items or valuables not kept in the provided safety deposit box.
Visitors
⦁ Visitors of registered guests are only allowed in public areas such as the lobby or restaurant.
⦁ Loitering or visiting guest rooms by non-registered persons is not permitted for the safety and security of all guests.
Wi-Fi/Internet access is available only in certain areas of the property at no additional charge.
The magnificent white sand beach in front of the property will occur on high tide. During low tide, the beach front may look different. Please contact the property for more information.
