Thank you for the best experience! Maam Clarissa was so hospitable and approachable. She accosted us for lunch and dinner. Her kindness varies from day to night. She is patient and knowledgeable. She also made sure we were satisfied with our meals. The dinner was delicious. I didn't particularly enjoy the chicken teriyaki, but it will happen. Are are and Gataang Alabama are the best. Dinner buffet options had a number of main courses. The papaya tasted bland, but the melon and watermelon were quite sweet. We enjoy salted caramel ice cream. The taco flavor wasn't present. Clarissa also made a coffee togo for us.

We ordered a ginataang alabama, chicken teriyaki for lunch and a dinner buffet. Our server is Clarissa and she is very friendly. An amazing dining experience. I will be back.

The hotel offers amazing service and also has helpful and attentive personnel. We tried their cocktails and had a bad and slow experience. The food doesn't taste good either. The restaurant and logo are pisco restaurant, which means they serve slow and poor drinks, which I think is their way of serving alcohol.

The place is nice and clean and the service is great! My family enjoyed our stay here. We were overwhelmed by the waiters and waitress customer service. They made us feel so special. I like the breakfast spread.

It was just like when the hotel was under typhoon pang, and we missed the activities on the beach like the jets. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The housekeeping in our rooms and all the areas we visited was very clean. The Restaurant at Pico was one of the best I've ever had. I hope to try them again on our next trip.
