Beautiful upscale hotel in the water with very peaceful views. Extremely courteous staff and delicious buffet meals. If in the mood for cheaper options, the boardwalk local food sellers are less than two minutes away.

From the security guards at the gate, front desk staff, cleaning staff and Ocean Grill employees, everyone showed professionalism and courtesy as soon as we stepped foot into the hotel. The place is cozy, its a big upgrade for the aria.The stuff are very helpful, they do have a shuttle to drop you off to the buss stop if you are commuting like us.they do have there own boat ramp so you don't need to go out of the hotel if you go on island hopping.The buffet is very good, they offer lechon and seafoods for dinner.They offer free breakfast, you just have wake up early because its always pack. Just wish they have more people so they can be more atent

It was a nice and comfy room ..They have a great pool though were not able to use it ..Continental buffet breakfast is a plus .. The docking boat ride is just a walk from the hotel which is convenient The only thing is The staff in the front desk is i believed needs more training .But over all it was a nice hotel ..

Reception staff is welcoming. Staff in the restaurant not very attentive S they never cleared our plates. We couldn’t find anyone to take our drinks order or clear empty bottles from the pool area.

Room staff were courteous, room was neat and clean. We requested for a solution to a trickling shower with no hot water and we were told it’s a known issue on the top floor, whoever assigned us on that room was not considerate knowing we’re on our 70s.

Breakfast Menu was very limited and the taste was subpar. Fried Danggit was burnt and salty. Few drinks just coffee water and orange juice. Bread choices was onlu bread and waffles. Bar service wasnt any better All the cocktails we ordered was either too strong , or almost no alcohol or too sweet. The service was very slow. Over 30 minutes for cocktails and a side order of potato chips and fries. We had to follow up a few times. Also not made aware of other services that were available (shuttle) The staff themselves were polite and kind , but i expected a better quicker service and amenities considering the price range of the rooms

There nothing good to say about this place maybe the location. The buffet sucks!!! We both got food poisoning and this is the only place we ate. Went on the night when there supposed to serve bbq pig, they didn't bring it out until 50min after the buffet opened so everyone was foul. Ate there again had the seafood boil and ut came out late didn't look like anything like the picture and we got horrible sick the next day. Still under construction, no parking area snd the area they want you to park is full of nails and screws. Trash everywhere, rooms are not done fully, there is routine wood at the bottom of the stairs. The massage place is a joke and there is one person and not there.the elevators will shock the crap out of you if your wet.

I am contacting the property but until now, they haven't reply to mu concerns, even an acknowledgment about my complaints. I called and I messaged no one answered. I don't know whose fault has it. The property or the expedia?
