Friendly and very helpful staff. Small hotel but bigger than average sized rooms. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was served with room service included which was nice over eating in the dining area .

This hotel is very suitable for couples traveling, because they provide connecting rooms at this hotel, and the service from the staff is very helpful and attentive even for their customers, and they are very relaxing to stay here.

The rooms are of poor quality, but the bed, pillows, and blankets are nice. The internet connection is so slow. I really like the privacy of the hotel because it's on the waterfront road. The grounds, pool, and restaurant are well-kept. The reason I gave this a rating of 3 is due to the room's tired appearance. Even the pictures on the website tell the story. The greatest aspect of the stay is the quality of sleep. But I'm not sure if the above details are worth the acceptable cost of an overnight stay. If you look at safety, maybe yes. Being unique and having less guests than usual, it is exclusive, and having fewer visitors than usual.

I like this hotel and the food is Thai with the hotel room and food. I recommend you try the breakfast, the food is delicious. And then, the room also looks quiet because it's close to the port.

Recently, we stayed at Sara for two nights. The hotel is a modest boutique hotel hidden away in the pubic freeport region. Here are the things I liked and the things we didn't like 1. The rooms were a decent size, clean, and perfectly prepared for arrival 2. The amenities in the room include simple tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, etc. 3. The bar is decent, next to the pool, what doesn't work 1. The hotel is simply overpriced for what it offers. As soon as you enter, a letter from the hotel welcomes you and tells you price list for everything shampoo, conditioner, towel, bedsheets, etc. 2. You must pay for beer even if you purchased it from outside and consumed it in your room. There is a corkage fee to consume in the room. How innovative. I have seen something like that the first time I saw it. 3. Breakfast must be ordered the previous day in case you missed, sorry buddy, go figure out what you need. 4. This classic breakfast for 2 adults is free, but breaks fast for 2 children 3 and 2 years old was charged, it was unbelievable. 5. There is no room service 6. There is nothing in the hotel that you would want to pay good night. Sorry sugar. You must shift your approach.

Weekend homestay. Quiet location. Clean and nice rooms, with the exception of the destructed bedside lamp. Breakfast is pre-ordered the night before. Breakfast buffet only available when the hotel is fully booked. The major disappointment was when the restaurant was unable to serve food in its restaurant until RP due to an event. Worse, when we asked if we could just buy food outside because they couldn't handle their inhouse customers, there was dirt! At least be flexible as youre not able to offer service..

Room is nice size, bed is comfortable, flat screen t.v. is older and the screen has ghosting, so not good. Mostly clean except a HUGE cockroach ran across the floor when we entered the room after going to dinner. Dinner at the reataurant was nice... good food. We ate at the outside bar next to the pool. Very nice little pool bar.
