This beachfront resort is highly recommended. First impressions were had at the Sergio Beach Resort in Palomino. It was excellent. It was simple to check-in. We upgraded to a beachfront villa while we were there, which included a kitchen that was well-equipped, free WiFi, and a huge plasma for playing karaoke. The personnel was very helpful and responsive. The resort has exclusive access to the beach and borders directly onto the shore. Swimming in the early mornings is fantastic. Definitely a terrific location to spend time with family and friends.

If it had been properly maintained, it would have been a really nice location. The landscape needs more care, it appeared that watering is needed more frequently than once a day. The six rooms we were given had a lot of flaws. The shower head was not tightened, kept falling, the water heater in one of the rooms wasnt working, the hand soap bottle was there but no soap, and the towel rack was falling off the floor. To not working, dogs barking in the early morning. Although very accommodating, the personnel was kind and accommodating. It would be nice if there was a massage table near the nip huts. If improvements were made, I wouldn't mind paying more. Good location because it had a beachfront location.

The staff here was fantastic, the service provided was very pleasant, as well as the stunning view, that was very quiet and serene. Additionally, the room was clean, there was plenty of parking, and it was close to the city and far enough away to not disturb anyone. And then, the nice friendly greetings were welcomed upon arrival. The employee who handled every request or query was also extremely kind, they even set up a free transport to the ferry terminal to the next island at sunrise.

We drive 50kms from Ormoc hoping for a nice stay for the night. Disappointed. We expected the small rooms (we got #4), but the airconditioner isnt working. ‘It must have run out of freon sir’, suggested the worker, but didnt do anything about it. We asked for another room, but it’s AC also wasnt strong enough for the room with ambient temp is too warm. Since we’ve let the AC on for 2 hrs while we went out for dinner, at least the room’s heat has dissipitated at least. So we opted to remain after asking for a standing fan. The bath doesn't drain well. On the upside, the place is by the beach.

因为菲律宾大马尼拉封城政策，导致无法前往。依据菲律宾政府规定，需无条件退还住宿费用，但Hotel客服告知，无法进行退款，违反法律规定。电话也无法联系上饭店。 Due to Metro Manila lock down, according to Govt policy, should be refund. Hotels.com customer service send me the email and reject the refund. It's against the Philippines govt memo. Their contact number is not working.
