⛔️ Neither visitors nor unregistered guests are allowed in the room.
💴 PENALTY: PhP 1,000/extra guest

⛔️ STRICTLY NO PETS are allowed within the premises (not even in the lobby).
💴 PENALTY: PhP 5,000

⛔️ SMOKING or VAPING isn't allowed inside the unit nor in the common areas. Let us be responsible for other guest in the building that may be bothered if the smoking alarm is triggered aside from fire hazards.
💴 PENALTY: PhP 1,000

⛔️ NO COOKING of dried nor fresh fish as well as other strong smelling foods are allowed even on microwaves
💴 PENALTY: PhP 1,000

⛔️Please respect padlocked cabinets. Destroyed padlocks will be charged to the guests depending on damage caused & lost items.
💴 PENALTY: Minimum PhP 1,000 depending on damage.

⛔️NO TAMPERING OF CCTV
💴 PENALTY PhP 15k & We will hold your ID until paid or legal actions will be taken.

⛔️UNIT MAINTENANCE
We trust you treat our unit like your 2nd home in Tagaytay. Cleaning gadgets are provided and we appreciate:
✔️Dishes washed
✔️Garbage properly disposed in the Garbage Room
✔️Everything kept and returned where you found them
[This is specially relevant for stays longer than 1 night]
💴 PENALTY for trashed units PhP1k

✔️GUEST AMENITIES will be provided depending on number of booked guests.
FREE GUEST AMENITIES:
- Reusable slippers
- Shampoo & Conditioner
- Shower & Hand soap
- Toothbrush & toothpaste
- Bottled water (Condotels only)

✔️Only indoor slippers are allowed inside the property.

✔️Please make sure all items are returned where you got or found them and don't move the furniture anywhere else than where it was originally positioned.

✔️Be concerned about environment. Pls. turn-off Aircondition units, lights and fans when you're leaving the unit for many hours or whenever not in use.

✔️Please keep doors and windows closed at all times when AC is on.

✔️ Kindly see to it that left-over foods are kept in the refrigerator in order to avoid presence of insects for your safety and well-being.

✔️All garbage is to be disposed-off in the designated garbage room.

✔️Please respect our neighbours. No loud noise after 10pm and before 8 am.
‼️KEEP IT DOWN EVEN DURING YOUR STAY IN OUR UNITS.

📍SMDC SHARED AMENITIES
Swimming pool, playground and function rooms is located in the Clubhouse. Appropriate attire is a MUST(no T-shirts, shorts nor dress are allowed) and cost for usage of the facilities should be settled directly with the Clubhouse Administration.

Wristbands will be provided which you may use to swim within the same day.
