Sharing below list of requirements that you need to present upon check-in: • Valid Government Issued ID• Electronic booking confirmation letter/voucher Arrival and Check-In: Standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 12:00 NN. Please note that our front office is available 24/7. If you plan to arrive earlier or later than these times, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, applicable charges will apply. Transportation and Parking: If you require transportation from Naia International Airport, please contact us in advance to arrange a pickup. For guests arriving by car, self-parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Special Requests: Any request will be noted however is still subject to availability upon check-in.
