We will stay at this hotel again. This place is very old. They have preserved this hotel's history. The rooms are nice. The hotel has a great view of the beautiful tall lake and tall volcano. The breakfast buffet is good. Special thanks to the waiters Leonid Pale, Clarence Ivan, and Fred Dimailig. Thank you for your hospitality.

I would have paid 55 for the noiseproofing issue. Not totally a dealbreaker, but it's good to have especially given their rates. The front desk staff is, Joy, made our stay more comfortable. We arrived earlier and had to wait until check in time. We had a minor incident on the balcony door handle that was promptly attended by the maintenance staff. When it was proved that the repair might take some time, they moved us to a new room. For the inconvenience, they even gave us free snacks. Complimentary breakfast is delicious. They also have free use of the recreational areas. Overall, is their price justified? Is it a flimsy price? From my experience yes. The design of the room is definitely not what I expected, but the service throughout our stay was excellent.

I went there to celebrate my birthday on January 1, 2013. We dined at the buffet and can say the food is excellent and certainly worth it. We also watched a cultural dance while eating which was very entertaining. The service is also first class. We were assisted by a solo server who was very polite and friendly. He assisted everything we needed and even provided us with complimentary cakes. Our experience was great overall. Highly recommended.

The veranda at this hotel had live performances and fantastic food. As is the case with most Filipinos, the staff was a bunch of kind, polite, and happy people full of smiles ready to assist on minute's notice. Alfred, Jericho, Reuben were particularly helpful in meeting our needs at the table. Nori, rp, kevin, lorraine, and, I think, edward were wonderful at presenting delectable dishes that ranged from lesson manor to fried fish and Filipino desserts kakanin. The whole experience was also highlighted by a live native dance performance.

The hotel isn't amazing at all. They gave us bigger room as complimentary, however the aircon isn't cool and the worst is water leaking from the aircon, room flooded. The breakfast need to order by the day menu instead of buffet. This is not common. And they also not provide any water in the room, They ask me to fill water jar on the aisle. Will not come back again and also not recommend to other people. The rate price is very expensive
