Please read carefully:
1. Please follow the Serin East Managements rules and regulations. Any issue will result to penalties.
2. 7 Years Old and above is counted as adult - included in the count.
6 years old and below is Free of Charge - message us upon booking.
Undeclared Guest will be Php 1000 per person/night.
3. LOST Keys will be charging PHP 1000.00.
4. Keys are personally collected upon check out. If you plan to check out early, please notify us a day or 2 hours before the check-out time for us to prepare and allot time going there.
5. Inspection of the unit in your presence is important to us to avoid any incidents. NOTE: In case we find anything missing or broken in the unit (include, but are not limited to: remote controls, towels, wall, carpet, bed, and linen stains, paint scratches, clogged toilet or sink, etc.) during inspection (with or without your presence) will be at our guest’s expense, regardless.
6. STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the room.
You can smoke in our BALCONY and ashtray is provided.
7. Please avoid cooking that produces SMOKE, it will also trigger the ALARM.
8. NO Pets allowed.
9. Please refrain yourself on any walls and frames decorations.
10. Kindly keep all the Electricity OFF after and if NOT in USE.
11. NO parties in the unit. Quiet time is at 9:00 PM
12. Think CLEAN. Please be organized and Clean as you GO.
