▪ Check-in time is 1400H; check-out time is 1200H.



Policies that Guests Must Follow

Reservation Policy:
▪ Walk-in guests are NOT PERMITTED.


Protocols:
▪ Outside food and beverages are PROHIBITED as the Hotel and Resort provide restaurant services for guests. (NO CORKAGE FEE WILL BE APPLIED)
▪ PETS ALLOWED (₱5,500 pet fee) + ₱5,000 security deposit
▪ FIREARMS and any deadly weapons are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the resort premises. Your safety is our priority, and we have dedicated security personnel on site.
▪ Drivers and bodyguards have designated quarters and are NOT PERMITTED to enter villas or the Restaurant unless they are registered guests with room accommodation.



Cancellation Policy:
▪ In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, guests will be granted the option to reschedule their reservations.


Guest Etiquette:
▪ The Vineyard at Tanauan is a place for guests to relax and restore balance. All guests are expected to show consideration by keeping noise to a minimum and respecting each other's personal space.
▪ The Hotel and Resort is a family-friendly place where both kids and adults can enjoy quality time together. Engagement in dangerous activities is strongly discouraged.
▪ Photography and videography are permitted within the resort; however, guests are requested to be courteous and avoid including others in photos/videos without consent.
▪ Management encourages guests to share their experiences on social media. However, if posted content depicts prohibited activities, guests will be kindly requested to remove such posts.
▪ Parking is strictly limited to designated areas. Vehicles parked beyond these spaces are PROHIBITED. A designated parking area is located near the lobby.
▪ Drivers and bodyguards may utilize the designated quarters, where food and water will be provided.



Lake Villa Policy


Protocols:
▪ Outside food and beverages are PROHIBITED; corkage fee may apply.
▪ Firearms or any deadly weapons are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Your safety is our priority, with dedicated security personnel onsite.
▪ Drivers and bodyguards have designated quarters and are NOT PERMITTED to enter the villas or restaurant unless registered as guests with room accommodation.
▪ Pets are NOT allowed inside the Lake Villas.
▪ Lake Villa guests have access to:
 - Infinity Pool (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
 - Boat House (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
 - Forest Pool (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
 - Other amenities within the Vineyard Resort
▪ Guests are not allowed room service. Dining is encouraged at the Longtable Restaurant.

▪ The Vineyard at Tanauan is a place to relax and restore balance.
▪ All guests are expected to keep noise to a minimum and respect others’ privacy.
▪ The resort is a family- and pet-friendly space for kids, adults, and pets to enjoy quality time together. Dangerous activities are strongly discouraged.
▪ Photography and videography are allowed, but guests must avoid including others without their consent.
▪ Parking is strictly limited to designated areas. Vehicles parked outside these are PROHIBITED. Guest parking is located near the reception.
▪ Drivers and bodyguards may stay in the designated quarters, where food and drinks will be provided.
